The hotel and staff were great. The only complaint I have is the pool not being opened which is the biggest reason I booked my stay
The pool. It was not opened. Something about inspections. That was a real let down

Just the location.
Customer Service and staff they were very limited in knowledge about the hotel. The pool was out of order 4th weeken the rooms has the basin in the sleep area no privacy other than in the bathroom. Breakfast was not the best most of what had to be cook was not done.
