The location was the only positive part of the stay. I was in town to attend the homecoming game at Mars Hill University to watch my nephew play.

Where to begin The AC unit had a dead roach inside right next to the control panel. So either the facility didn't care or found it acceptable, either way it was inexcusable. Rooms were non-smoking but the bed sheets had clear burn marks. Why not just dispose of those sheets in general b/c anything less just comes off as the sheets must not have been washed. So either the facility didn't care or found it acceptable, either way it was inexcusable. Hair all along the floor borders in clear sight. So either the facility didn't care or found it acceptable, either way it was inexcusable. BLOOD stains in the shower in clear eyesight. The staff member came with Fabuloso to clean up the blood. Get rid of the shower curtains and the duvets, because we can tell they are not being washed. The vending machine didn't take bills but had no option for a card, and no change machine to get coins. Went on the cheap ($90/night) this time and regretted it, big time.

The location is super!

My room had an overpowering air freshener stench. My room was filthy. There were holes (some were patched, poorly) in the doors and walls. The toilet paper holder slumped to the floor the second time I used it. Of the 4 times I called the front desk someone answered once. The so-fi password didn’t work. A group of homeless people hang out at the back of the property 40 feet from my room. Not sure if this is normal, but the lady photocopied both sides of my credit card…

Was a nightmare staying at this hotel.

Well the room rates were cheap and it's in a good location very convenient.

Well I started get bite by something the first night we stayed there. I was getting tore up by something then we found that it was bed bugs. The next day so the bug exterminator there but they went into the room beside us. It was the worst experience I ever had and of course really nothing we could do had already paid for room I doubt they would have given me a refund so we was kinda stuck. But will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else does either. I should have listened to the reviews and so should everyone else. They do not offer breakfast either. It says they do but they don't. It was snowing the day we checked in and I had to stand out in the cold to check in they kept their lobby closed. So please do not make the same mistake we did!

Front desk check in and I'm just comfortable doing n that spot and wit the people I guess towels are nice and clean and the pictures are from when the white couple was cleaning now from recent stay

Yes manager was very rude with racial language keep my deposit plus charged card been coming here 3 months with no problems I do not appreciate her pushing me and grabbing my personal stuff I hope to be reconpensated immediately so don't have to take different actions

Disappointing

I am giving this hotel a poor rating because they advertised a free breakfast and did not have one. They said they are not serving breakfast because of Covid. This is October of 2022! I have been traveling for a year and every hotel offers breakfast if advertised. Very disappointed!
