    No complaints. All was clean, room was spacious, breakfast was free and plentiful. Definitely recommended. Staff was helpful.

    Loved the size of the room, beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast provided. Only con is I prefer to pay cash deposit on the room. I was told deposit would be returned 3-5 days, then told it could take 3-7days, then told 3-10.

    My Bday was great and best of it was to lay my head on a comfortable pillow and warm bed. Being welcomed back by Pam at the front desk who remembers your face, maybe not your name but she’s always smiling and happy to you. My sister who helped celebrate with me, loved the spacious of the room. Remount Road, is surrounded by restaurants and even walking distance to the mall and other stores, and the hwy, I love the convenience! So the breakfast is always delicious, I like being able to make my half waffle, having delicious sausage and a yogurt. Coffee is always fresh too. Overall, when visiting Gastonia, NC my choice is Comfort Suites, I use to stay at tru and others but once I found this hotel, it’s my go to hotel. I highly recommend it!

    Stayed here a couple times as a local hotel so I didn’t have to drive home drunk deposit for someone who lives less than 30 miles away started at ***$ last time I stayed it went up to ***$ just because I’m a local if you live 30 miles or more away it’s only 30$ deposit also takes a very long time for them to refund money
