Staff (Ray) was great, very friendly, and very helpful!

The heater was not working, Ray did say that the heater was off and we'd have to turn it on. But it never got warmer 😥 it was lukewarm the whole stay

Usually OK, but this time it fell short.

I have stayed here frequently within the last month pretty much every weekend, I’ve never had an issue and the property is easy to get to and relatively clean

This stay was not as good as the last few. The hallways had confetti on the ground, which you would track into your room. I’m assuming this was because of New Year’s, and all the celebrations that were going on. That was not a huge deal, but my partner found a press nail in our room on the floor. I was given a room this time that had two conjoining rooms attached. Which I was definitely not comfortable with. There was a door on either side and one was right next to the bed. Which was kind of unsettling as it didn’t lock properly. The door handle locked, but the slide lock did not work.

While the room was very large and as pictured the facility is not very nice.

The location was good for being close to restaurants and shopping and for where we needed to be. Breakfast is about what you would expect, mostly cereals, waffles, yogurt.

The first room we were given wasn't clean. Hair on the bathroom floor, makeup stains on a pillow and stains on sheets. We asked for a new room. While it was better than the first it was still not as clean as we would have preferred. Strong smell of marijuana all throughout the hotel. Patio doors were not sealed properly and the curtains were visibly moved by the draft. Heaters are either on or off, no temperature control. Fridge did not work. Very sketchy looking clientele.

No elevators with our heavy luggage. Would have been helpful to have someone offer to help us get them up. Room needed some deep cleaning. Glass Patio door needed cleaning. Carpet had small debris on it. Small slimy clump of debris on shower tile wall. Two spots of crusted dry blood in top of duvet cover under dark duvet cover. Heavy stench of skunk 🦨 smell outside of front entrance. Unpleasant. Some skunk smell in corridor area.

Do not recommend

Comfortable mattress in the Kung Business room. However, my adult sons stayed in rooms with old worn out full size mattresses. Very different levels of comfort and quality between the 2 rooms.

The person who checked us in put us in a smoking room when we had requested non smoking. He moved us to non smoking after we went back to the desk and showed him our reservations stated non smoking, but it was late and annoying. In the King Business non smoking room, the hallway rug was filthy and smelled of smoke. There were cobwebs and a spider in the bathroom. The floors and corners of the bathroom were dirty. In the middle of night I was woken up by people screaming at each other in the hallway. And police were outside.

For the price it was fine for a night, but beyond that i wouldnt stay more than 1 night.

The sink in the kitchenette was nonfunctional. We didn't feel safe there. The hallway stunk like weed. Stated continental breakfast but had waffles, yogurt and bagel. Not much else.

Quick Goose Move

Staff and coffee, clean appearance in the lobby. No carpet floors in the rooms

Room could've been cleaned, Swept, shedded hair everywhere and shower was not clean real good with bleach. Rooms need deep cleaned, sanitized, and no stains on furniture. Didn't feel comfortable on furniture anywhere, that couldn't be wiped off.
