    Excellent location for Dow Gardens and shopping. Super nice staff. Housekeeping throughout was good. Nice breakfast choices. Pool was enjoyable, nice temp. The workout room has potential, however, we found the treadmill and bike in need of repair or replacement. Overall a very nice stay.

    I found paint by the drapes and mirror had some water on it. Toilet was a little lose but I sat carefully. I still enjoyed my stay and would go back, I have used worse

    The location was nice, very close to the mall and lots of restaurants. It's a little outdated but we expected that for such a fantastic low price. Our room had hair in the shower, and white dog hair on the chair and bedside tables. The biggest issue was that at 9:26am, while we were still asleep, a man from housekeeping tried coming into the room. He keyed in but I had the little lock bar thing down, and he kept slamming on the door trying to get in for a few seconds before saying, "Hello?" To which I responded with a hello and he said, "Ok, got it. Sorry." I'm thankful I used the secondary lock and that I wasn't traveling alone as a woman as I would have felt very unsafe. It was not pleasant to wake up to, especially considering that checkout time was 11. We wouldn't stay here again.
