Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterville - North by IHG

We traveled in a group of four. The room was spacious enough, with a foldable bed for one person in a separate room which was essential for us. The rooms and bathroom were clean, beds are comfortable. The breakfast included options of scrambled eggs, sausages and patties, yogurts, etc. - nice to have it when you are planning to start you day early and travel far.

The only complain was about the mattress in the folding bed: quite flat and not supportive. But taking together with all the positives, it wasn't a deal breaker.

Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Location was convenient to food and stores within short walking distance.

The breakfast bar was very good. Lots of choices that should please anyone. The workers were pleasant and helpful. Also access to a washer dryer was also a great plus. My bed was comfortable. Location of the hotel was good.

The only issue I had was the floors in my bathroom/room did not get vacuumed enough. I was there 6 nights and I'm pretty sure my bathroom floor did not get vacuumed. There were two pieces of dark colored debris that were under my sink console the whole time. Which also means they were before I got there.

The staff and location were nice. Did not realize there was so much construction in hotel at the time. Breakfast was not very good at all. The food tasted all premade boxed. Please get rid of the pancake 3D printer. It was so nasty! Normally there is plenty of fresh fruits and they only had bananas and zero varieties of breads for toasting. Also coffee machine broke three times and worker said o well Dunkies is down the street.
