Desk clerk was very rude and the smoke alarm was not on the wall when we arrived but when we left we were charged for destroying the facility property. Definitely a poor place to stay

Definitely no quality to this quality inn.

Honestly not much

Room smelled of cigarettes or some other smell and they would not change our room. Friends had hair in the food in the morning. We didn't have a do not disturb so they came in and took the used towels and bath mat but didn't replace them. The elevator is frightening, the one door doesn't lock and had a very sketchy man walking the building this morning. Overall wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Basic services and older furniture, slept great and saved money.

First off, slept better here than at the $120 hotels on this trip. The plank vinyl flooring was nice. The bathroom was newly remodeled, the tissue dispenser cover fell off, and we just removed the TP and set it on the sink to make it reachable. The elevator doors made noise, as did the door to the outside on the main floor. With all that said. No noises heard, no fan rattle in the heat/ac. No dripping from faucets, no loud closing sounds from the people across or down the hall. Again, we slept better there than at all the "Prettier" places. The bed was comfortable, and the silence golden.

The only complaint is that the user is unable to use Tap to Pay. The absence of USB-A and USB-C plugs. Sure, the walls have some scraps and smudges from people knocking the furniture into them. Prefer the savings.

Bed was comfortable and we had a clean room. Breakfast was good as well.

We asked for a shower chair because of handicap issues. We didn't get one after being told that it wouldn't be a problem. Hopefully the next visit we can arrange to have one.

It was fine for the few hours we spent there but wouldn't have wanted an extended stay.

It had bars of soap. Location. Bed was okay. Didn't try breakfast so no comment on that.

The toilet still had poop remnants in it (stain like). Property was run down. Just a few TV channels. Few plugs for electronics (laptop, phones). King size bed had 3 little pillows.

Ridiculous

The breakfast was good.

Staff was extremely rude. My tanning lotion was on a towel and they kicked me out after I just paid for another night. Charged me 60 dollars for the towels and kept my 100 dollar deposit.. Would not recommend to anyone. Bunch of scammers

The employee told me that my dog would have to stay in the car for the night, even though I made sure that this was a pet friendly hotel before booking. It clearly says online that this is a pet friendly hotel. My dog is my child! This was a very upsetting experience. She is an old dog with a new diagnosis of heart failure. I chose to stay here because it was a halfway point on my trip. I was hoping to allow her to rest, but I had to continue the rest of the trip home instead.

Decent Hotel Near Campus

The room was clean and well appointed with a fridge & microwave. The jacuzzi tub was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. Our room was a little far from the parking lot, but not every room is going to be convenient.

They have recently remodeled the lobby was bright and clean the complementary breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options for everyone.

This only thing that would have made our stay better is if the room had a smart tv so me and the kids could have watched some movies other than that I have no complaints the bed was very comfy and the bathroom had plenty of fresh towels that the staff restocked while we were out and also made the beds for us

We booked because of breakfast offered but due to massive construction - minimal offerings were provided and we had to heat premade sandwiches in our room. Exterior doors did not lock. So we didn’t feel safe. Was not told about breakfast or construction or would have booked elsewhere.

We checked in and the place was under construction called booking.com. They were no help at all. Really nice gal said she was going to help the manager was unavailable, refusing to respond and so they finally offered to move us to a room the next morning the construction, dust and paint fumes were horrific will never stay again horrible

You get what you pay for.

The location was central to all the events we attended but is not in the best area. Our view from the lobby was the Vigo county Juvenile justice center.

We were charged an extra 25.00 dollars to get into our room an hour early. We arrived at 2 pm and check in is at 3pm. We asked if our room was ready and the attendant said yes, but it would be an extra 25.00 to check in early!

They lied about offering me a room with hardwoods. They couldn’t fix the air I had to ask if I could just checkout and move to a different hotel. The front desk agent DEB told me I could and that they authorized me leaving but I would have to go through booking.com for a refund but that they did authorize the refund. So I had to pack up and find a different hotel at 9pm at night. The next day they lied and said they didn’t authorize the refund or me checking out.? This is totally unacceptable that booking.com does business with a business that can lie and cheat me out of over $230.00!!! If I am unable to get a refund I will never use booking.com again. And I will do everything in my power to inform everyone I can how y’all do business.
