Clean, centrally located. Breakfast was ok, but don’t expect to get anything if you show up 5 minutes before cut off.

Hot water is a major issue.. the “hot” tub was lukewarm , not a lot of jets.. only tried it once, was disappointed. Had to ask the front desk to turn it on. Hot water in the room was also a disappointment, tried multiple times to take a bath and there was never enough hot water to make that happen. Showers were also lukewarm at best on multiple occasions.

Not the best for the money

It was close to the Indiana Dunes National Park.

The maid left a used bar of soap on the bathroom counter, carpets were dirty, old food in the refrigerator and the hair dryer didn’t work.

It was dirty and floors were sticky places on the carpet. Hot tub was very dirty all around the wall and there was too much chlorine in it. Staff was ok and very short in answers.

A place to rest and shower

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and hotel was in a great location.

Not sure what the guests above us were doing, but sounding like a stampede of rhinos at 10 pm and started back up at 6 AM. About every 10 minutes a sound of a dump truck dumping all night. Breakfast was as expected crowded and unappetizing.

Not worth the price considering if you drive a little you can stay for the same price in a VERY nice hotel.

For a choice, it was a nicer one.

Last night I stayed at a Hyatt 30 mins up the road for the same price. If you charge $300/night, you should make sure your ground floor rooms have a way to cover the window for PRIVACY and light. Lobby smells like it was recently cleaned but also INTENSELY of chemicals. Like Lysol but …. Chemicals. I was concerned about hazmat needing to be called when I first smelled it.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to

Dirty run down hotel. Nail sticking out of floor at Bathroom entrance in our room, screen missing from window, WiFi didn’t work and therefor tv didn’t work so not a single kids channel for our children, shower curtain too small for shower so water went everywhere. Asked owner to change our dates and she refused even though she had a room available so she could just keep our money without us staying. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. A/C worked great! Breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.) and staff kept everything well stocked. Loved extended pool and hot tub hours - visited family all day and then enjoyed hot tub and pool until 10 pm. Pool towels available - pool and hot tub were well maintained. Ice machines were on each floor. Rooms were nice size with a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in town and would recommend to others.

No hot water for hot tub. Hot tub stopper wasn't working water ran out slow. Then the dam smell through the building and the room. I had to go purchased air freshener. They need to put new carpet down

Sufficient for what I needed

I needed a place to stay that was relatively close to the Indiana Dunes National Park. This location was relatively inexpensive, close and offered breakfast. The room was very large, almost like it was meant for two queen beds, but just had the king. The hotel was showing its age, but it was clean and that's really what's most important. The bed was comfortable enough, and I had a nice quiet room.

Breakfast wasn't stellar, but it was passable. I noticed a lot of single men staying here, which made me slightly uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. During check-in the guy at the desk announced my room number out loud while a shady looking guy was waiting behind me. It made me feel uncomfortable. I did make a suggestion to the girl at the desk in the morning, that it might be something to consider - not stating a single woman's room number out loud when she is clearly alone and there are men hanging around.

Dirty clothes left in drawers. shampoo and conditioner was empty when we got into our room and they didn’t come to refill our towels until we asked. Breakfast was so/so.

Nice clean good value hotel.

Hot tub (although it was very hot). Good breakfast - standard offerings, but i liked their faux fried eggs better than mushy scrambled that you get in other places. My kids always like making waffles. We could watch youtube on the tv, which was exciting when nothing was on cable Room was clean and comfortable. Not stingy on towels when asked.

There was only one handicap parking spot in front of building. The spot on other side of entrance door that should have been (and even had the extra stripes to give it extra room) had a sign that it was reserved for reward members (gold members? Whatever honors thing this chain does). There was one spot by each side door, but that only helps if you are on the first floor. The elevator is located off front lobby. Fortunately, tĥe ONE spot was available when i got there. If it hadnt been, ìt would have been painful

Location is decent. Breakfast was good.

The pool and hot tub/spa were “broken”. Told the 1st night that they had the parts to fix & should be up the next day. 2nd day - still no pool or spa. 3rd day - “yeah, no, it’s not going to be fixed.” This hotel is only 1 of 3-4 in the area with pool & spa - which is why we booked it in the first place! The beds were uncomfortable. The foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed so it felt like we were sleeping upside down.

Location was easy to find. Hotel was clean when checking in. Room was clean and very spacious. Pool was clean and warm . Kids loved it.

We were to check in on the 14th. When I pulled up dog friendly hotels near Indiana dunes on the internet Comfort inn came up as one that was dog friendly so I made the reservation. Upon arrival we were told that Comfort Inn was not pet friendly. Our trip was ruined. We also have not received a refund.

Breakfast was fine and location was convenient.

The elevator was down so had to use stairs and our toilet backed up which also made the carpet wet. Too expense for those reasons.
