Location was good. Staff were friendly.
Did not know there was no elevator to 2nd floor. Comforter on bed was soiled. Had to ask for clean blanket. Drape would not close all read and stay shut. Had to clip with hanger.

Great parking, good breakfast offering
Was given a room on the second floor even after stating it would be hard for me to climb the stairs with my hip issues. I was able to do it and after my hip surgery next month it should no longer be an issue. Breakfast was challenging with three guests talking on their phones using their speakers and one guest behind us ate with an open mouth spewing food and juice all over himself. It was hard to bare and we, as well as the couple next to us visiting from Germany left the room hastily to avoid the disgusting behaviour.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient with good parking.
Check in staff did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence, although they were sitting in the lobby on their personal phone. They did not provide typical info like Wi-Fi, breakfast service time, easiest entrance to access room etc.
I had to inquire.
Breakfast area was unattended so all tables were dirty, hot breakfast wasn’t refilled etc. Two people who appeared to be staff (working? off duty?) were in the dining room and made no attempt to take care of the situation and didn’t engage with guests or offer greeting etc. Very unwelcoming.

Good location near many restaurants, gas stations, stores. Very clean amenities.
Handicapped room was not compatible with description i.e. no handheld shower, no shelve to put sundries, hairdryer was installed near the ceiling (!)
