    I've stayed here a few times in the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is great! For some reason this time the shower was only lukewarm. The water in the sink was super hot! Very strange.

    When I arrived to check in I was told there was a 100$ deposite and I did not have it. The clerk just handed me back my id and card and said "no". I let her know I had already paid for the room and it was nonrefundable and she repeated "no". So I asked what do I do then and asked if she would give me a refund to which she answered "i already placed you in a room so no refund" and told me "you have till 3a.m. to come up with the deposit" luckily I got paid at midnight but most of my stay was spent in my car waiting to have my money deposited, also it is now nearly a week after my stay and i still havent received my deposite back. The final nail in the coffin is they also charge a 25$ pet FEE which is the only hotel that I have stayed in in the springs that charges a fee and not a deposit. Extremely rude and with the deposit and fee it turned a good deal into one of the most expensive stays i have experienced recently in the springs would not recommend.
