After 11:30 there want more money for late checkout

The staff was friendly and.responsive to my request to cancel an extra unwanted room ony booking.Com reservation and urged me to have you call them asap which I did right away with NO RESPONSE!

Booking.com completely failed me despite my urging to call the hotel so they could cancel my extra unwantedv reservation that evening...

Location was good

Other guests beeping their horn constantly at midnight on a Sunday night. And aircon wasn’t the best.

Nothing! All rooms exposed to afternoon sunlight. Couldn't be any hotter.

Accesible to locations I worked at and affordable. Staff very professional

There wasn't no breakfast provided i would stay again but they need to make sure when having children with you there's no people walking around late or just outside up to no good please change that for the c9st of the stay it's not worth it but it's ok just serves coffee for tenants bur 9verall I d9nt think us paying that m7ch is worth staying there!

I feel they let anyone stays there and just the surroundings late at night I nevwr been there but that was my first time breakfast the rooms is not up to part at all change tye rooms the carpet was nasty it was just not exception at all we had cigarettes burns on counter and table!

That it was on the Main Street and different fast food was in walking distance

That it didn’t have a tub I really wanted to take a bath

It smells and they despise dogs

No shelf in bathroom for personal items

I didn't eat breakfast... Everything else Great!... The location worked great for our plans

What breakfast?

The fridge was so iced over there wasn't much room to put food. The water from the faucet was not good tasting.

Customer service and cleanness of the room

To many homeless outside .

Only coffee was available. We went to nearby restaurants to eat. We asked for a ground floor which we were given and it included a jacuzzi tub which was nice after a long drive.

There were cockroaches

Good location in Woodland. Easy to get to off of the highways yet in woodland. Was easy access to UCDavis

Air conditioner barely worked, mattress like rock, took 3 tries to get enough towels for our party. Shower head was mounted like 4'6" high.

Room and bath were clean, bed was comfortable, pretty quiet and not to far from freeway. .

I had just driven in from Oregon and according to management, because of late check in(12:15 am), due to booking room through booking.com they had no way to confirm even though I showed them on my phone the confirmation number, pass code and the pending payment on my bank app, they made me wait 45 minutes before giving me a keycard. They finally called booking.com to confirm because it never went through their system at the hotel. The man said that they would get a fax from booking.com to transfer funds to the hotel. Then I had to pay a additional $50 as a deposit. In the morning I went down to the office and was told it would take 2 to 3 business days for the deposit to be returned. Later that day, while I was at my nieces bridal shower, I got a call from the woman I had spoken with that morning, saying I had to give them my credit card info because they still had not gotten a fax for the room. I asked her if she had my confirmation number and pass code and she said yes. She then said I shouldn’t have booked through booking.com. I then told her she needed to call booking.com like her husband did to get the transfer of funds and she hung up on me. At least the man was nice. Due to ongoing construction, there was no breakfast of any kind(the app said there was) and the portico drive was blocked. There was no ice machine on the second floor so I had to go downstairs.
