Relaxing after a full day with family and friends at my son's home that live in Victorvillle.

The facility was very clean and well.maintained. One exception, as a senior citizen with arthritis in both knees, the toilet in our suite was too low to use without having problems getting up after each use. I had to turn my body towards the sink.to use both hands to pull myself upright. No mother want her adult son to have to help her up from toilet after using it !!

Large clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast varied each day which was nice when we stayed several days.

Be prepared for the overpowering air freshner.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Overpowering cheap air freshener smell that just hits you right in the face, lingers on and messes with your senses and nostrils. Hits you when you enter hotel and follows you along the hallways and into your room. Just waaaaaaay too much!

The property was well maintained, everything was very clean and the finishings were a cut above what you normally see in this price range. You could tell that the staff truly cares about the property and their customers. They were attentive to all our needs, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Not so good this time

Great accomodations and location is close to everything including the freeway. Staff is friendly and room was comfortable and clean.

Our room was on the second floor and unfortunately the people staying on top were running around and banging things around all night long. We didn't get much rest or sleep that night. I had requested a room on top but when we checked in, there were no rooms available on the top floor. I think they should automatically put families on the bottom floor if they have small kids or babies. We have stayed there before with no issues but unfortunately we had bad luck this time with the top neighbors.

Modern, big rooms, clean, new. Breakfast has omelets, bacon, waffles, French toast. What’s not to like? See below.

I don’t like the breakfast guard. Is she making sure we don’t eat too much? Do homeless try to get in and eat? Do they not trust us to not trash the breakfast tables? Can I sit with my 89 year old father while he eats a later breakfast than me or do I have to sit outside and look in the windows? If I see a choice of a similar hotel with breakfast, I’ll choose another because of the “breakfast guard.”

Very welcoming and comfortable to wind down and relax.

The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and refreshing with the heat and cool nights the rooms where clean with complementary shampoo and conditioners bottles and we got free cookies when we checked in and the morning breakfast was new every morning with amazing service with some amazing lemon water in the afternoon in the lobby.

It was easy to get to off the freeway. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The room was roomy and clean. Quiet and comfortable.

Parking seemed small but not too bad considering it was Wednesday. And the breakfast security Lady seemed angry or annoyed. But lightened up once she figured out i was a guest.

Diamond in the rough

The location was decent. I was worried because we are originally from the desert and Victor Bowl is not the nicest nor does it attract good people. But no issue with the hotel being that close and parking was good. The staff was kind. The breakfast was pretty good. I do like that they make sure you're staying there when you go to eat. They kept things stocked and the room was very clean. There were some stains on the sheets but they were clean.
