Clean, staff were very nice

Not great. Very little to pick from, kept saying there truck had not come in, no milk, no eggs, coffee was not great, no fruit, sausage links were like rubber, no taste like they had been reheated. Was clean.

More to offer. Showers could be updated.

Great location, great staff, but terribly maintained motel.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was disappointing. Arriving less than an hour after breakfast began serving, I found plenty of biscuits, strange looking eggs, and a few potatoes in grease or liquid of some kind. The gravy was the deal killer. Old, dried gravy lined the warming pot, and a thick film covered the remaining gravy. It was disgusting. Settled for a waffle. The room was a handicap room and appeared to have had some remodeling; however, it was so poorly finished that it was detracting. The shower head was broken. The mattress was almost a foot below the headboard that was attached to the wall. The chair at the desk was broken and there was a stain in the middle of the cushion of the other chair in the room.

The receptionist checking me in was the only good thing. The room smelled molding. A part of the ceiling was coming off. I had a non smoking room but a smoking section was right across from my door so when I walked out of the room I got hit with the smell of cigarettes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have know idea why it had a good rating.

It was an awful experience

The location

Upon arrival staff gave me wrong room then moved me 2x to get it right. I had my 2yr old grandson and staff didn’t offer to help move my things from room to room even when she saw all my stuff was outside room she got wrong. TV remote didn’t work they fixed it the next day. Microwave didn’t work either they brought one late the 1st night. Cleaning service is only every other day which is bad when you have dirty diapers and no large trash cans near the room. Breakfast was the same everyday to make it worse no coffee 1st day 2nd no milk and the chocolate milk I got was spoiled. Honestly I wish they’d refunded so I could have gone elsewhere. The manager made me feel like I was unimportant she was not helpful.

The staff was really nice. Rooms were incredibly clean. The pool was a good temperature. The breakfast was good. 10/10, for sure.

The parking was a little cramped. There was only one gold member spot.

Very disappointing for a Quality Inn

Dust/dirt everywhere. Bedside lamp didn't work. AC was noisy, squealing. Found couple of Spiders in tub and towels.Fridge unable to open as it was sitting on a drip tray. Floors dirty. Room had a spoiled musty smell. An alarm clock was going off when we entered room, that had been set for 4 hrs before. A Guest in pool was drinking w glass bottles. Bed was very hard. If had been so tired and a holiday, would have not stayed.

Wonderful stay at Quality Inn

They were accommodating in opening the breakfast area for family gatherings in the evenings. Had fun out at the pool and the room was comfortable.

The only issue was key cards had to be replaced because they quit working.

Too close to busy highway. After new batteries, tv remote didn't work more than 4 feet from tv. No milk for dry cereal. Note said it would be restocked next day! Wal Mart less than 200yards away. The online booking not seer friendly

Worth the stay, hoping they will continue to upgrade their domestic products.

This hotel is very accommodating. I was able to book a room on the spot when discoing my original hotel was a motel, with doors facing the outside. The were able to get me a room and I checked into it 15 min later. The staff is nice and the place is clean.

My bed sheets had holes in them and the elastic was totally stretched out, probably due to bleach usage. I always stay here when visiting my family, but it’s time to invest in new sheets.

Couldn't change the Tempature in my room. Always stuck on 60 degrees. Not enough parking near my room. Had to park at the end or behind the building Even when someone left they would put cones up in front of the parking spot so no one took that spot when they left for something.

Very clean and beds were very comfortable.

When I checked in the staff told me my room was on one side of the building but it was really on the opposite side. Then I reported the hair dryer had a short in it and asked for a new one, the clerk said "I don't think we have any more" and yet they advertise you can buy them. Smh
