The location was great for our trip. Quiet stay, staff super friendly and would have loved to had breakfast on the porch by the pond area but too cold.
The breakfast area was a bit cramped

Everything was absolutely beautiful and the history, was awesome.
I had a scooter and it really would have helped if it were a little more handicap accessible. Or I may not have seen it, also speaking of seeing things. Yalls second curb sticks out further than your first, my wife didnt see it and ran up on it at about 10 miles per hour. Lol, almost hit the rock.

The room was lovely, quaint, clean and quiet. The price was greatly discounted, so it was not only a bargain but it was head and shoulders better than the other accommodations I used on this trip.

Typical continental breakfast; coffee, pastries, some hot foods. Nothing over the top. This is a small hotel, parking is tight and the office/dining area is in a separate building.
Buffet was picked over by 0800. Staff was apologetic and tried to place cold cuts and such. Coffee was gone or cold by 0815. I opted out of breakfast on day two.

It was in a great location
The hotel is very old and wasn’t the cleanest. Smelled so stuffy

The building is unique and historic, and the rooms are very comfortable. Location is excellent. Quiet, but close to the interstate for easy access to dining, events, etc.
Parking is minimal and it can be difficult to maneuver a larger vehicle.

Facility was lovely and very clean. We needed an extension cord for our CPAP machine and it was provided promptly.
The cost for our 2nd night was MUCH move expensive than the lst night. We were told it was because it was a "game" weekend. For those of us who are not interested in the game, that is a BIG extra price to have to pay.

Our experience there was great. However, we did have perfect weather to enjoy the outdoor facilities. Really a beautiful property. The continental breakfast was superior to what we expected. Our room was large and pleasant. Interactions with the staff were great.
We happened to arrive at a time when the traffic was a little heavy, so entering the property was difficult for us. At all other times when we left and returned we did not have any problems.

The location was beautiful and relaxing. Even though it was close to major roads, very quiet. Bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was so so. Would have liked more fruit, the quiche was just so so, the lunch meats were ok. I know at one time the food here was delicious & talked about in Southern Living, so was disappointed in the quality. The setting on the patio was relaxing but felt that they could do more with the quality of food.
Also they have a beautiful outdoor setting, would play it up more with a few fire pits. People were eager to sit out, would offer guests a chance to enjoy the evenings longer.

Room very nice.
Breakfast choices were limited. No hot goods like bacon, sausage, waffles or biscuits and gravy. Just cold quiche and cold deli meats for a bagel.

Love the waterfall and statues. The room is a little fancy. The bed is comfy and everything is clean.
I haven't had breakfast yet but there is t anything that I don't like.

I loved the theme and the history. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice. It is a beautiful little place.
Breakfast was very disappointing. We didn't even get to have any, as they were out of most things before 830. Multiple people were waiting for something to be restocked.

Very clean and of exceptional quality rooms! Very scenic with historic significance.

The breakfast was nice as it was something different than normal hotels. The complementary items were a plus too. The pond, settings outside were gorgeous
No ramps for people who can't climb stairs well

I loved that it did not seem like a chain, that both the decor and the facilities were thoughtfully assembled, and that the setting was in such a beautiful, green area.
It was not terribly close to a lot of restaurants or other facilities; but it wasn't too far, either. I'd rather have the quiet than a lot of chain restaurants and stores nearby.

Very clean, comfortable. Close to everything we intended on visiting. Friendly helpful staff!
Wasn’t anything we didn’t like. With the age of the hotel, could use some cosmetic work. Would like to see the mill wheel working, one of those cosmetic areas

The Inn was a good location for moving my son to U Ark (15 min drive). This is a very clean, comfortable, slightly older hotel. We anticipate staying here again. My husband found a quiet nook to work from while I slept in. We had a king room with a sleeper sofa for my son. I really liked that the vanity area (which passed through to the shower/toilet room) created a private changing area. It's something I consider when traveling with my son and daughter. Oh, I loved the hinged, light-up makeup mirror. These 50 yr old eyes need one of those!!! For me, hotel breakfast is a quick convenience (with low expectations). I found the Inn's breakfast offering was unique and very acceptable (quiche, cold cuts, cheese croissants, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal). More important to me... the coffee was good. It's a lovely property.
This is not a deal breaker... We stayed in the building closer to the road. When the wall ac wasn't running, the room felt a little damp (like a water cooler system). You might not notice if staying during a time that doesn't need to engage the condenser (just outdoor air). Again... not a deal breaker.

Very nice staff, friendly
Answered questions I had about where to eat. Everything outside was super cute around the Inn
The carpet smelled, the breakfast was pastries from Sam’s Club or similar, toast, bagels, lunch meat (which to me is weird for breakfast) cheese, muffins and cereal. Also some yogurt. No eggs, no bacon or sausage nothing of that sort. No pancakes or waffles.

The outdoor area was so beautiful. And the grounds were east to navigate. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was a little place where we could grab free bottled water which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was good. I probably had high expectations for breakfast because several reviews mentioned how good the breakfast was. I thought it was good not great. The rooms were very nice and clean. My room was a little stuffy but could have been just due to time of year i was traveling. I do wish there had been a little ore seating in my room.

The location was great, staff was friendly, it was clean.
The room was in a bit of disrepair. Broken trim, loud rattling a/c, chipped paint, electrical outlet in bathroom shorted often.

Great room. Clean. friendly and helpful staff. Good Breakfast
Had interesting decor that might not be for everyone. Like lighting overlooking the bed that was a woman's head. If you dont like statues...it won't be for you. GPS did NOT send us to the right location more than once...So maybe street view it before you go if you don't know the area.

It was a great location. The property was clean, but definitely showing age.
The property needs some upgrades.

The property is beautiful and we wished we could’ve walked around, but it was raining. There are places to sit. The inn is on a moderately busy street. The rooms are simple, but nice.
The biggest problem was when we returned late Saturday night from our event, and there was water dripping from the lights in our bathroom from the 2nd floor. My husband informed the staff and the manager upgraded us to a new room. When looking at the ceiling
in the bathroom, we could tell the ceiling had been patched before, so we knew this was an ongoing issue. The other nuisance was going from the inn to the office/continental breakfast area. You have to walk outside. It was raining and not all of the walkway is covered.

The room was beautiful. It had a fridge and a safe. They have robes. Nice deep bathtub. The breakfast was good. They had quiche, meats and cheeses, croissants, turnovers, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, and cereal. They had coffee and several different teas. Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds.
Nothing

The breakfast was not good. Microwave egg sandwiches, fruit, packaged oatmeal, sandwich meats, cheese slices, boiled eggs, hard pastries .

The coffee is excellent, far better than most hotel coffees which is the most important part of breakfast otherwise the rest of the selection was just ok. Typical cereal bar, pastries and a few fruits. However they do also have water, juice and tea available all day.
Nothing, it was great.

The breakfast was amazing and much like a European breakfast (Croissants, Quiche, fresh meats and fresh fruits).
The rooms were pretty and the bed and pillows made the stay even better!
It was very nice, no complaints.
