Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and very close to the beach.

We loved the location and the cleanliness. Having a pool and a tiki bar was a wonderful perk.

Our particular room was a little cramped. There just didn’t seem to be enough places to put things down (like no counters or even a folding luggage rack to place the suitcase. But I have a feeling our room was just one of the smaller ones.

A few days at Hollywood Broadwalk

The location is wonderful! The beds are comfortable. But I will say the futon bed is rather hard. Our grandson slept there. And he's young so it worked out. Having a kitchen was very handy for some of our meals. Location is wonderful and it was clean. The staff were all friendly. We didn't use the pool much. The tiki bar was nice to grab some drinks at. Over all we really enjoyed it stay.

The TV in the main area we couldn't use the 1st day. So that was disappointing. We did get someone to come and look at it. But he couldn't get it going. Also he spoke Spanish and we speak English. Day 2 my husband went to the office. This time with another controller they got it working. The refrigerator worked fine. But the handle was loose when we arrived and putting stuff in it. On day 3 the handle at the top came off. Is all it needs is a new handle attached.

Good location, friendly staff

Too many people using pool area that were not staying in that section. The room next to us had family in other rooms. They kept the locked gate open with a brick. Hogged all the chairs and kept towels/ clothes on them so you couldn’t use them

Best place I’ve stayed on the broadwalk in Hollywood beach.

I have been coming here for many years. The staff are wonderful, the place is perfect. It’s right in the middle of the broadwalk. Couldn’t ask for more. Miss Molly at the tiki bar is the sweetest bartender. We look forward to seeing her every year. Boris the owner always wants to make sure you’re happy. I’m looking forward to returning in august again and in October.

Perfect location- quick walk to beach and Broadwalk! Pool and tiki bar at the property! Maid staff came every day and took garbage and replaced towels.

All in all , it was ok .

Proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Beach towels provided. Owner very helpful in making sure we had a parking spot. Unit had 2 bathrooms. Very clean . Good fridge and stove.

Pool was small. Not enough chairs provided around the pool. No housekeeping services . Would have been nice to have coffee provided. Toaster not working well. Hideabed not fit for sleeping.

You're going to spend time out of the room, so this is doable.

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you want to walk on the Broadwalk without walking a long distance. We were able to make it to the beach for sunrises. While on the beach during the day, it was a short walk back to the hotel room. The tiki hut bar was great but didn't stay open late enough. The on-site pool is on the small side but was very nice. We definitely liked being able to go to the beach and the pool on the same day. Our suite had a king size bed in the bedroom, and a queen sized bed in the living room, with a fold-down futon as well. It also had a little kitchenette and it had a full size refrigerator. This was very helpful.

Given that this place is so close to the beach, it was easy to track in sand and hard to get it out. We swept our room a couple times for our own preference. During our first two days, I found a baby roach in the cabinet. From then on out, we only used the dishes that we personally washed. We did not keep them in the cabinet! On the last day of our stay, a bigger and different kind of cockroach was in one of the bathrooms. I did not have any roach spray and I surely wasn't going to step on it with my shoes. I did trap it in one of the drinking glasses so that housekeeping could see it and dispose of it. We did let the front desk know about the "intruder". In our suite there were two bathrooms. One had a shower. Both were a little cramped. The sink bowls were raised bowls which made it difficult for my short self to lean over and wash my face. There is hardly any counter space due to these types of sink bowls. The air conditioning works 99% of the time. The only drawback is it smells a little musty and feels damp 80% of the time.

The reception closes at 9pm. It wasn’t a big deal but just a reminder in case you need something after hours there won’t be a staff member there.

Nice, but no!

Liked the location, very close to the beach.

*No housekeeping (attendants came around to pick up garbage only). *Pool area not clean- debris all over (plenty of attendants to at least assign someone to sweep pool area). *Extremely strict on pool hours, yet not so on folks vaping inside the pool (office staff had video and audio cameras-why not act?).

Cute place, great location, clean. Bed was fine, pool was nice.

We arrived after hours during a tropical storm, the office entrance with the lockbox for our keys was hard for me to find. Also the walls and appear to be paper thin, we found that out one night after the ringling bros circus took place in the room above us, I think they even had an elephant.

We have been coming to your property for well over 6 years now, sometimes a couple times a year. We truely enjoy the main suite with outdoor patio - perfect for 2 couples. Location to all Broadwalk activities an entertainment is excellent. Will definitely be back.
