Dinner was a highlight and the included breakfast was filling and the staff working breakfast was friendly and worked hard to keep everything filled. The beds in the wagon were comfortable and the set up in the wagon was big enough for our family of 4. Pool and hot tub were clean. It’s clear the staff care about the facility.
We stayed in one of the wagons on a night when it got down to 20° F and we were very cold in the wagon. There was a provided heater and additional AC units but it couldn’t keep up with the heat loss in the uninsulated wagon. By the time we woke up at 7 am the temperature outside and in the wagon was not that much different. Staying in the wagon is a fun experience but better left for warmer weather.

The location is closer to Capitol Reef NP. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the breakfast staff, he attends everyone well and constantly checks the food.

I loved the location and charm of the hotel. The "Old West" vibe was fun. The indoor pool and hot tub are a plus and were well kept. The internet was amazingly fast. No issues with connection or speed whatsoever.
The rooms have hardwood/laminate flooring. The television could be bigger as well.
The breakfast was a huge let down. The hotel advertises that it serves sourdough pancakes and makes it sound and look great, but it barely meets the "edible" requirements. Soggy potatoes, no pancakes, eggs were fully of water. I would heavily consider eating elsewhere.
