Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere, great rooms and pool area.

The swimming pool and spa are lovely. Easy parking. Very clean and organized. Extra nice things like coffee in the foyer and a little welcome pack. The apartment was well set up. The whole complex feels friendly and there are games and books to borrow. The Mexican restaurant next door is awesome - worth going to just check out the decor.

The beach directly across the road is stony. It’s about a 20 min walk to a lovely part of the beach, or a 3 min drive. So not too bad!

Spacious, convenient, and clean.

Great location on the coast, convenient to nearby towns without being in town. The room was especially spacious with kitchenette and separate bedroom.

As noted by others, half the rooms have a view of the hillside. This has pros and cons. You don’t hear the highway, and you don’t see the ocean.

First and foremost the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and accomodating! Location was great and layout of our 1 bedroom suite perfect for 3 adults. Kitchen super well equipped, beach towels included in unit , beach chairs easily available for use at beach across the street. Really overall layout and furnishings were perfect!!

Great location. It was a good value. We were pleased to have a fully equipped kitchen (1 bedroom apartment). We got all of that for the same price as we payed for our hotel room in San Diego.

We had the impression that we would have an ocean view. The fine print said they couldn’t promise that because it was a time share.

It’s not close to shops or restaurants to buy food to take home. Nothing within walking distance. I didn’t have a car because I took Amtrak so I had to order uber eats

Horrible hotel ! And that only owners get “oceanfront balconies “ But that was not described in the feature from the hot

First I did not stayed in this property. From the entrance it had a bad smell like mold all over. And I was supposed to get a room with “oceanfront balcony”. I got a balcony to the mountain !!!!! I was charge over &400 dollars for a room with a balcony to see the dirt !

Front desk lady wasn’t helpful. Wouldn’t allow for late checkout beyond an additional 15 minutes. Pool was much smaller than advertised. No AC in game room. Outlets don’t work in front outdoor seating area.

Okay, but VERY basic

Okay location. Would be okay since across the road from the ocean, but only way to get to the beach is across a high set of stairs across the railroad tracks.

If you don’t get a sea view room, forget it, all you see is a scrubby cliffside just a few feet from your window. No breeze, NO view. Even if you are on the side of the sea the view would be only of the parking lot on the first floor, with cars and people right at your balcony. Our room was clean, but very basic. We are older so that that only shower available was if you stepped in a high walled jacuzzi tub with slippery bottom was a real problem. Cheap cabinets and furniture.

The room was nice and roomy ! Bathroom was a good size , just wish all rooms had bathtubs . Kitchen was a good size and loved the balcony with bbq was very nice !

A little too noisy with the Hwy and the train tracks being right out front . Wish the bottom floor had better view of ocean . Had problems with people on second floor stomping loud and kids running around and jumping . Very Loud in our room at 6;30 Am and 11:00 pm .

Great staff, great location and well appointed.

This facility is a real hidden gem. They are so proactive on maintenance, service, amenities, cleanliness. The front desk reception is friendly and helpful, especially Lisa, who made our family feel welcome. We have used this place twice now, and we will use it again. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Walking distance to the dana point harbor

When we checked in our room was not cleaned the trash was full the bed wasn't made. We had to leave and come back so they could clean it.a few days later we let them.know that the body wash dispenser was out,they said they'd take care of it but never did.

Nice Fall Getaway!

Great communication and service from hotel staff! In such a great location to the beach and Dana Point. With my friend, we had the spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with full kitchen and living area and balcony! Comfy beds and pillows and so much room!

Had no negative experiences! Know going in that it is on the busy PCH, and you cross over safely to the beach on the pedestrian “bridge”.
