Price was good, staff was polite
Felt rushed out of there, housekeeping wakes you up at 8, calls you at 9 to ask if you're out yet, and later at 10 as well, strange. Also ice machine and laundry machines were broken.

They were able to accommodate our request for a room on the ground level so we would not have to climb stairs. There was a very good restaurant next door to the motel to eat breakfast.
The hair dryer did not work in the room

Location was fine. Room was comfortable
At checkin I asked for a ground floor room, explaining that my 80-year-old wife was crippled and had trouble climbing stairs. I was told the price I paid was good only for upstairs rooms, which had not been specified at Booking.Com. We then found the main stairs to the second level were blocked off and she was forced to hobble up a steeper secondary staircase.
