    It was a nightmare. I had to ask for a second room cause the first one smelled like pee and poop and the carpet was stained black all over . It was not vacuumed. The surprised was that the second room was the same but better smell. I gave up cause I was really tired. I even didn’t take shower cause all the towels are stained and dirty. I was fascinated because this was the same hotel when we had guests to visit us on our 3 Ada Office before the pandemic. And the reason I stayed here was to remember years of working in 3 Ada office. I remember we used to go everyday to Starbucks (it is now .com coffee) and eat around that small shopping area. I found out the answer when I had to meet my former boss at 3 Ada (our company left that building years ago) and he told me that this was emergency shelter during the pandemic and the one in Lake Forest. And I think it is still ongoing cause I saw couple outside. Disclaimer: I got nothing against homelessness but I think the hotel should have the responsibility to the client to mention this. I was going to complain but the front desk people were nice. And I really need a positive vibe that morning. But there’s no way I would pay that amount of money to stay in a dump place. I had no sleep for my 8 hour train ride that I let it be but normally I would run and ask for a refund .

    Every morning go to take coffee no coffee. No one care about breakfast I waited about 10 minutes for someone at lobby. My room the cold water was not work and they couldn’t fix it and told me no available room to move .

    Got stuffed around, put into a "clean" room eventually and the sheets were filthy, bloody stains on towels and then by my fault I left my expensive shoes in the room after check out and then when trying to return to pick them up, I was told they were nowhere. Stolen shoes, filthy room, not worth it
