What didn't we like? The list is long! The hotel reaked of weed. It hit us like a brick wall from the moment we stepped inside. When we arrived at the front desk no one was there and after several minutes we finally heard a voice saying they'd be out shortly. When she appeared, she was clearly stoned. She refused to check us in at 2:40 pm. She said check in wasn't until 3 pm and housekeeping wasn't ready. We had no choice but to sit in our car for 20 minutes, even though we had been driving for 4 hours. When we came back at 3 pm there was a black man sitting in the lobby playing a very descriptive anti-white audiobook or some video (not sure exactly what it was) so loud that we could barely hear the clerk checking us in. We think this was intentional because he walked out as we walked in and then turned around and came back. He stayed until we left the area. The clerk made no attempt to request he leave or lower it. When we arrived at the room, housekeeping was just entering it to begin cleaning. She was trying to tell us she was going to be a while so we went back to the front desk and were assigned another room. When we entered it was clear that only the beds were changed and basics done but nothing else. There was animal hair EVERYWHERE. Literal muddy paw prints on the floors. The sofa smelled like a wet dog and had hair all over it. The floors and tops of every counter and furniture were so dirty. We tried to find another hotel but because it was a holiday weekend, everywhere else nearby was booked. We cleaned things ourselves because based on our experience so far and the dirty nature of the common areas, we decided it wouldn't make any difference. The strong smell of weed was literally coming into and overtaking our room through the bathroom vent first thing each morning and later in the evening. The people in the next room seemed to be slamming things against the wall so hard that it actually shook things in our room.

the main reason for booking this hotel was that it has a pool. and the pool was closed during the entire stay. i ask about how long the pool was closed and if it would reopen soon , the answer was that the pool was close for a year. Bear in mind that i stayed there last year and everything was to my liking I rebooked again , that was a mistake. Travelling with kids has to find other things to do. which change our plans of enjoying the poolside with my grandkids. and also we had to change rooms because the tissue rack fell off the wall . and they also tried to charge me for wifi that was suppose to be free . I didn't ask for no up grades or anything ; which they finally after almost half hour let me check out

at least an update prior of us checking in or on checking letting us know if we still wanted to stay . This was not done and i would've plan better so everyone in my family could enjoyed our vacation

The location is the only positive about this property, that it's close to chase stadium

States that check in opens at 3:00pm, we arrived at 4:10 told room not ready and would only be a short wait, 5 o'clock and still not in the room. Finally get into the room which had supposedly just been cleaned, had a terrible smell in the room. Sheets in the bed had marks on them and again a smell - definitely didn't seem freshly cleaned. Came back to the room after a few hours of being out and the bathroom mirror was smashed all over the bathroom floor, alerted staff, who then I had to ask if it could even be moved so we could use the toliet and then the staff member went to get a brush and left so we had to clear the broken glass all over the floor ourselves. Felt very uneasy. The mirror breaking and things appeared to be moved in the room made me feel very uneasy that someone had been in the room while we had been out. Safe to say we would be back. Had stayed in another hotel the night before and was only $50 more and it was a completely different experience. Wasn't even a cheap nights stay.

Nothing everything was great

No breakfast no cup no pots no dish soap.no only thing was plate and spoons that's it. So all the suff I pay for NEVER GOT and they lock me out the room because a mix up with my booking very rude my little girl want to use the bathroom she did not aloud her to do so . So they kick me out to I leave and went somewhere else to stay for the rest of my family vacation. This is so poor I will NEVER BE BACK AND NO ONE I KNOW WILL BE STAYING THERE . ALL NEED TO REFUND ME ALL THE THINHS I PAY FOR AND NEVER GOT .add the price of breakfast. And the rest of suff don't not forget poor secivce.

The only good thing about this place was the staff

First room they put me into had the weirdest smell an issue with the smoke detector that kept going off, then they put me in a room that had roaches all over the bathroom. I went down to the front desk to ask for a new room and suddenly the guy who was asking for money and a microwave outside the hotel was actually roaming around inside, shirtless and asking for a shower.

We booked the property for it's location to the chase stadium.

The hotel was absolutely filthy. The pool was closed and full of leaves. There were wires and smoke alarms hanging off the wall in our room. The staff were miserable and unpleasant. There was a strong smell of marijuana all around the corridors. No tea making facilities or hair dryer as advertised. No cutlery in the room. Beer cans outside the main entrance and unsavoury characters hanging around, didn't feel safe for my family. The included breakfast was a coffee from the reception desk and a muffin or cereal bar. There were cigarette burns everywhere despite signs saying it was a non smoking hotel. The rooms were dusty, drawers missing, mould in the fridge, microwave. I've booked hotels with booking.com for years and never had a bad experience until now. For the price we have paid for 2 rooms I feel we have been highly over charged for this dump of a hotel. My family didn't feel safe at all.

Location was very good. "Breakfast'??? Granola bars & coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Previous stay at this facility was approx. 10 yrs. ago.

The convenience of walking to the Chase Stadium and also the Cypress Creek Trirail station.

We asked for two extra pillows and we were told there were none. The showerhead kept dripping water;we couldn’t turn it off completely. Consequently the floor got wet. I suggest you get that tightened. There was a party going on outside of our window at 4 am with the music cranked right up from their car. We were also attending the Miami Open men’s Semifinals and would’ve liked to watch Tennis before we went for the Friday night match. We were in room 122 and our friends were in 108. These issues were reported to the day staff on checkout and she said she would let her manager know.

The staff was helpful and nice and the rooms were fairly quiet. The breakfast was coffee and single serve muffins and oatmeal, which all were decent. The room itself was clean and comfortable enough.

Property was very dirty, hallways were also dirty and smelles. The wi-fi even the paid high speed was not enough to Facetime with my family, I had to drive down to the McDonalds down the street.

Food was left in the fridge from previous guest.

The property and the room itself was decent and everything worked well.

There was a smell of smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The toilet seat had a burn mark. Lastly, breakfast consisted of small wrapped muffins - not much there to talk about.
