Aspire Hotel and Suites

I found aspire Hotel comfortable and clean.

Carlos and Ms.Ruth are phenomenal employees they both will go out of there way to make you feel comfort and try to exceed your expectations, the cook is extremely nice and cooks fresh scrambled eggs and homefries & sausage links every morning. They only thing I noticed was a lot of the mechanical stuff was broken like the vending machines were eating money and not producing the product, the pool was dirty and didn't seem like it was getting clean daily. But other than thaty stay was decent.

The room was spacious and clean. And the continental breakfast was superior. The distance to the pool was a little far from our room, but I guess everyone can't be real close to the pool

The hotel was discussed. We arrived there around 4:00 pm. The room we rented online was a family room with 2 king-size beds. When we arrived at the room, the floor was dirty and the beds had hair on the sheets and blanket. We called the reception and made a complaint. They accommodate us in another room with 1 king-size bed and 1 sofa that turns full-size bed. I asked the receptionist if the sofa bed was comfortable, and she answered “Yes just like a bed which we believe,” That room was a little better about the cleaning, but not as clean as a hotel should be. We dropped out our bags there and went to our event. When we came back to sleep on the sofa bed was not comfortable for my teenage son, because the mattress was very thin and hurt his back, which made us very upset because we had already changed the room, were tired and it was midnight, we decided to stay. When we went to check out morning we mentioned to the receptionist about the uncomfortable sofa bed, which showed no care. We asked if they we refund us for the inferior room they gave to us since our reservation was for s 2 king-size bed, and she said no very rude. Also, my son went to a vending machine located on our floor and bought a Coca-Cola which was expired, so he went to the first floor and tried to get another soda that was not expired but guess what? It had expired too. This hotel I will never ever recommend for anybody, it was a waste of our money, and not worth it.
