We love staying in the same unit each time we visit. Always clean and very well appointed with dishes, pots and pans and paper towels. We love the gas fireplace and the balcony. It's always quiet and peaceful and a short walk through the dunes to the beach. The staff is always so helpful and loved the pottery mugs for sale in the lobby.
There weren't any chairs to sit in on the balcony. Possibly because it's the off season.

The unit was clean and very comfortable. The view was great, right over the pool and I could see a patch of the ocean. It was warm and cozy and the staff were very friendly. This unit had a dog "kit" with towels for post beach walks, dishes, a blanket and treats.....which was a really nice touch. There was plenty of room, the bed was comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing really stuck out, except it was a tad dated...but in OC, what isn't dated? Made little to no difference.

Location and nice dog areas with poop bags
The carts to put your suitcase and bags were horrible to try and push. They’re pretty old and don’t go real good.
