It was clean and easy to check in.
Landscaping plants were dead. The breakfast area could have been cleaner and better lit . Morning crew had apparently not checked the tables at the breakfast area, it was very large, for wiping the table tops.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with an abundance of choices.
The pool was not working. It was one of the main reason I booked this hotel.

I am short. The bed was very high. I struggled to get into bed. Put a step stool in each room or deliver one to the short people who check in. A slightly softer mattress would have helped too.
A normal height bed, one with a regular box spring not the type that is so thick.

The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful.
Where to start- decor outdated, it had a musty smell in the lobby which was worse in our room. Bathroom needed fresh caulking..everything seemed like it had seen better days. The AC did not work great. Also was super over priced for when we stayed- small college town so I guess they can charge what they like.
