it was in a convenient spot the front desk people were so nice and breakfast was amazing

As usual, the front desk staff were wonderful, particularly Duck and Danny. I also appreciated that my request for a room with the thermostat control on the wall was honored.

Staff was friendly. The manager was welcoming and engaging. The bed was really comfortable.
The carpets were filthy. It is a dog friendly hotel and the carpet in our room was filthy. It was covered in stains and smelled of urine. The volume on the TV did not work, so we were unable to turn it down.
