My favorite part was how central it was to town. Everything was in walking distance between restaurants and order Dollar General, coffee shop, etc. also within two blocks of the beach, which was stellar.
Not only did I like the central location of the Dublin house the staff was exceptional the owner upgraded my room to an ocean view and to a room close to the pool as I had two of my kids with me who wanted to use it at no additional cost.

The owner and managers are all very nice and the service is very good.

Location is convient but sometimes noisy since it’s on the highway.
Our rooms were at the far end of the motel and the room next door (at the end) was used by a single man who had friends over for a noisy party. It started around 11 and the last person left at 5am. I suggest staying at the end by the office where guests might be better behaved.
