I was unimpressed with this hotel. NO ONE was around when I arrived at 10 pm. Had to call the staff and wait 14 min until I could get my room key. No security was present in the parking garage or 2nd floor where check-in was (strange). I drove my Tesla Y and the whole time I was there an ICE car was parked in one of the EV charging stations. I left them notes that FYI, you are parked in an EV charging space. Also told the front desk who responded with "they are parking spaces first and charging spaces second.' (!!). I said they should post a sign that says EV Charging ONLY and that on the West Coast where I am from they would be ticketed and perhaps towed. His response was 'We don't even sell electrical vehicles in South Dakota...we can't do anything to keep regular cars out of the charging spaces.' I told him--'then WHY ADVERTISE there are charging spaces if you won't keep gas cars out of the spaces?' It was a frustrating experience with extremely little customer support. I would not recommend this hotel for its lack of staff and lack of CARING for their customers.
