It was comfortable, nice and clean!

I didn't like that. I couldn't take food to my room! My daughter wasn't feeling well and I was going to take her breakfast and I was told breakfast was not permitted outside of the dining area due to people stealing food. I am not nor will I ever be a thief! I paid to stay there so I paid for the breakfast but then I had to eat breakfast alone and my daughter got none that we paid for. I can't help other people steal and I never felt so like I was being watched and accused. Very very disappointing!

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for $77.71. However, when I got there, they told me that I had no reservation through Booking.com. I Therefore needed to book a room myself. Unfortunately the price was $95.00. Exhausted, I agreed. The hotel, that's very nice. Except the hallways, which were not air conditioned. Howevee, the lobby and rooms we're air conditioned. I chose not to stay for breakfast. I only had a cup of coffee. But the room was very well kept and the food looked basic. I can't seem to get a hold of Booking.com to ask for a refund of my $77.71. I can't find a phone number to speak to someone I only have been able to answer pre written questions that do not pertain to a refund. Booking. Com please contact me concerning this refund. Thank you.

Location!

Dirty. Elevator was so moldy & old. Our room had some issues with cleanliness but we worked it out. The staff was not friendly, but also not awful-if that makes sense.
