    Door lock was broke. I couldnt shut door to room. Asked for maintenance guy to fix it, the front desk handed me a screwdriver to fix it myself. Air conditioning was either broke or on it's way to being broke. It was so loud we had to go get our stand up fan and use it because we had to turn off air conditioner. Breakfast was good that's about it. I did not expect this from a Hilton owned company
