Side door outside was found open/ajar at least twice, compromises travelers/guests safety.

Linen on bed, and towels looks old and worn. AC would not adjust to a comfortable temp. Your night clerk had food and snacks on desk, and was FaceTiming someone. That computer is so big, a person has to go around to even speak to the desk clerk.
