I love that this resort is close to home, It makes for an easy get a way weekend or during the week.

I did not like the long wait at 4:00 check in, this along with lack of good customer service made me wish that I had reserved at an IHG hotel. My room was spacious comfortable however, I tripped several times over the unsecured throw rug that the bed sits on, and bruised my legs due to falling on the edge of the bed frame. There also dirt up under the throw rugs that need to be cleaned. The phone in room is useless may as well take those out. the view of the pool area, the lazy river, and the beach are amazing!!! And that alone made it all worth it.

Swimming pool ..we pay for a room 400 dollars and guest come in dont pay just 60 dollars to use Swimming pool

Take better care of the. Facilities. Numbers in the elevator were difficult to read, ice machine on floor 8 was broken,several places where paint was bad.
