Property was very clean, spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
At the pool you couldn’t bring your own thermal cups for drinking. They want you to buy EVERYTHING even water from the bar to refresh yourself after being in the pool and out in the sun.

I like that when there was a chance at redemption for things i complained about, effort was made instantly and changes were made.
Upon arrival the sheets were damp and the lamps did not work. I received a text asking how my stay was going and let them know.

the staff was very friendly. being able to request a beachside view. the bed was comfortable. If there was a problem, the staff was readily available :)
would have preferred the pool bar not to have kids in the pool. I didn't utilized none of the pools. beach was nice but the sand area at the end of the walk way was difficult to pull a wagon through it without straining yourself. room was nice, had a beach view. overall it was nice, wish breakfast was free and not a cost for the amount of nightly stay.

The pools, the view, the staff :)
The building definitely needs some upgrades, but it seemed that most of the hotels around us were dated. The elevator was questionable in our building. Also, I don't think guests should be billed for a cup of coffee in the morning.
