In bad need of a remodel - furniture in very tired condition

The furniture and doors were in very tired condition. The back of the bathroom door was badly scratched, probably from a dog. There were stains and tears on the upholstered chair, and there was a hole in the desk lampshade, among other things. There was a very strong deodorizer smell in the room.

A relaxing stay in comfortable pleasant surroundings.

There was no dust in sight anywhere. no sticky residue on surfaces or the floors in the room or in any of the common areas. The windows and curtains were clean, and the linens were fresh and like new. The bathroom was very nice; plumbing exceptionally good. Our room was quiet even though we were on the third floor and close to the elevator. The hall ways were well lit and so was the entry way. The facilities gave a warm welcoming vibe overall. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping, and the dining options abound. AND A huge thing for us was finding that there were well made will lit side walks everywhere! We are walkers/runners and love the outdoors when weather permits and this was a real source of joy

Upon arrival, we were a bit surprised by a very grumpy unsmiling greeting by the front desk clerk. Even though, my travel companion and I both greeted him warmly and smiled and attempted to engage him in light conversation about the facilities and the area. Perhaps he had just received some bad news or something. We all need a little extra grace once in a while. The rest of the encounters with the staff were very pleasant.

Nice Hotel for the Price

Very nice hotel for the comparative price. The rooms corridors and rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. the location was perfect for my stray in Columbus. It was close to where I needed to be and there was a nice selection of places to eat within easy reach.

The only thing I would criticize in the cleanliness area was that the pool steps and bottom felt a little "slimy" like it needed to be cleaned. I was there for three nights and every morning the breakfast was exactly the same. There was no change-up between some things like sausage or bacon.

The facility was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptionally nice, especially the sweet lady that took care of us at check in. The breakfast lady was amazing as well.

Convenient location, decent place to stay

Relatively short drive from the airport, quick access to the highway, there are a lot of restaurants, stores in the area. They have a small fitness room and indoor pool. Breakfast was included.

Stayed in room 204 right next to the elevator. Room smelled like a locker room. Installed air fresheners could not get rid of the smell. I should have said something the first night but I checked in late and decided to deal with it. After two days of it I couldn’t take it checked out early.
