I really appreciated the Christmas spirit and kindness of the wonderful “elf” who works here. She welcomed me with warmth and genuine care the moment I arrived, and her energy alone convinced me to give the stay a chance after seeing the initial condition of my room. She even worked her magic by immediately providing a hair dryer for my daughter when we realized one was missing.
Another gentleman on staff was also very attentive and helped right away when I requested additional toilet paper and a room refresh. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out.
There were some concerns with the room itself, the paint near the AC unit was peeling, the space felt incomplete without a side table, lamp, or extra chair, and the initial presentation made it hard to settle in. The fire alarm going off and having to evacuate my mother and children added to the stress, though I understand these things happen unexpectedly.
Overall, the staff made the experience memorable in a positive way, even when the facilities fell short. Their hospitality is the reason my stay still had bright moments
I didn’t like that when the room was serviced, no additional toilet paper was left, which made things inconvenient. The room itself also didn’t match the photos shown online, the condition and layout were noticeably different, which felt misleading. It came across as false advertising, and that’s not right for guests who rely on accurate information when booking.
