Nice suite
Crazy fire alarm went off for about an hour. I did not appreciate that at all.

The staff at check-in gave us NO PROBLEMS at all after hearing we got the reservation through booking.com. The rooms were relatively clean, and acceptable, although a little old and dated.
We booked a double queen suite, sleeps 6, however this specific hotel remodeled a WHILE ago, and they no longer had those rooms. At least they were nice enough to give us an extra room at no charge, but this made the split of people in each room rather difficult and not acceptable. Do not like the hard floors, it does not bring comfort and relaxation.

Location was great for my travels! Breakfast was less than expected.
The staff was rude to my wife when she was asking for help with her loyalty reward program number. When I arrived to register, the staff member treated me like I was a burden to have disturbed him from the back room. In the morning staff was nonexistent to help with coffee or other items that were empty or missing.
