Nice and friendly staff, good breakfast that fills you, comfortable beds.

Staff is very friendly, and we were welcomed with smiling faces. It was easy to check in, and easy to check out, took less than a few minutes both times. The room itself was perfect to our standards, not too big and not too cramped either, I really liked the layout. My main concern was the bed since we needed our rest from driving out of town, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable for both of us. Breakfast hours last a little longer than the hotels I've been at, so it gave us time to still get ready and we'd still have a variety to select from. Overall we had a nice stay even while we were on a budget. :)

The elevator made us both uncomfortable with how loud and a little run down it seemed. We decided to be safe and take the stairs the entire time. Better safe than sorry.

Disappointed with breakfast

Most electrical plugs were lose and would not hold something plugged in. Compared to other Comfort Suites we've stayed in and like to stay in because of the breakfast, the breakfast at this location was poor.

TRASHHHH

For almost $300 for two nights there should’ve been NO reason there was hot Cheeto crumbs next to one of the beds when we checked in. Then there MOLD growing on the ceiling in the bathroom that y’all tried to cover up with paint. The bottom of the tub looked like somebody stood in it with shoes & was nasty (of course it was stained) gross. Ohhhh & let’s talk about the huge liability of the elevator that pops before take off, shakes during the ride, & screeches like the metal is rubbing together once you pass the second floor. I’m highly disappointed with this hotel. Breakfast… The sausage looked half cooked & the eggs were chunky. We definitely didn’t waste our time on breakfast there the next day. Breakfast ends too early for a weekend, nobody trying to rush to get up after a night out.

Stay away from this location

There was absolutely nothing to like about this location. If you have a choice stay elsewhere.

The whole stay was unenjoyable. The location did not feel safe, the whole building felt unsanitary, the elevator did not operate safely, the ac in the building was not running properly, there was no ice, the breakfast was ridiculous with the coffee, pancake and juice machine not working. Do not waste your money here. Our family often chooses Comfort Suites, so I do not consider this location a normal experience. But this location DO NOT USE.

I didn't eat breakfast there, even though they had one available. The location is kind of rough but not unsafe in my opinion. The facility itself is a little worn but clean.

OK except for highway construction making it dangerous to cross the frontage road to turn into lot.

Comfortable bed. Finally a choice of pillow sizes and thicknesses. Most hotels and motels in my experience will have 4-6 pillows on the bed, but they are all the same thickness and big, like trying to sleep with a large dog next to me. Maybe I'm the only person in the world who prefers a thin pillow.

Construction on the highway makes it a real challenge to exit onto a frontage road with an immediate need to turn right into the motel parking lot. Luckily there is a way through the parking of the next several businesses to get back to the motel's parking lot. Being a first time guest at that location, I didn't know there was a back way in.

I had to get my room changed 3 times ! As soon as I got there the key card did not work on the door the bed was not made up it was like some else came and slept in bed and left it that way tub was horrible and dirty there wasn’t a fresh roll of tissue The second room there was a used condom in soft bed that was exposed to my kids I will never book again with these ppl front desk wasn’t to concerned even when I asked for refund they told me they couldn’t they will just send me to a different room

Not a good experience

Stayed for 3 days at this location and didn’t have a good experience. Musty smell throughout the entire building and room (assuming water/mold damage since the ceiling had peeling in multiple areas). We all felt pretty ill during the stay and symptoms improved after leaving. Bathtub was stained black. Found what appeared to be an insect/roach leg in the extra bedding that was stored in the closet. Breakfast choices weren’t terrible (make your own waffles, pancakes, eggs, etc) but everyone experienced stomach issues after eating and assuming it was from this food. Rooms are small and crammed. Our window view was a brick wall. Workers weren’t necessarily rude but didn’t show much enthusiasm. The building is located right off the highway exit so it’s a bit time consuming trying to leave depending on how traffic is. Overall just wasn’t a good experience and the hotel could definitely benefit from a lot of updating. Would recommend booking elsewhere.

Never again

The location was good and close to several restaurants and shopping places with easay access to the highway. The parking was enough. The breakfast was fairly good.

The room which was given to us was not cleaned after the previous guest left !! We had to go back to the reception and were given another room. The sofa was so dirty and uncomfortable, so good luck if you are planning to sleep on it. The toilet door was impossible to close and the exhaust fan was so noisy. The WC seat cover looks like 30 years old and really disgusting. The elevator was so scary with strange noises and vibrations every time we use it. It feels like a disaster waiting to happen. The phone in the room was ringing every day very early in the morning after 2AM with nobody on the phone. It happened 3 times during our 2 nights stay.

The price I paid for a night, wasn’t worth it.

Our room was super cold, loved the AC Room was spacious and we had plenty of clean towels

Elevator seems super sketchy, scared me a couple times and others that I’ve ridden with. Even a fellow person getting on after we did said “man, screw this elevator” LOL It’s funny but true! 3rd hallway is super hot and stale. Our phone kept ringing once and when I got to it, it stopped. Tried calling front office and nobody would answer. I even called the main phone line and nobody answered. I didn’t know if they was trying to get in touch with us or not.

I was looking for a cheap hotel with breakfast included, and that’s what I got.

Location was great. The ice was free, and checkin was pretty simple. The suite was a nice size for the price, my husband and myself enjoyed the sitting area included in our suite. And the fridge included in the room was cold and didn’t have any weird issues.

Those beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. When I checked in the staff was rude and didn’t want anything to do with me. At breakfast in the morning all but one of the juices were watery and non existent. The food was poor and there was a very small selection.

The room size for family of 6 was a decent option, the price and location were all acceptable

the sofa bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable being so thin and big coil in my back. the hallway had a musty smell mixed with some weed smell and air freshener. the colors of the hotel were all so drab and brown, even a new paint color would update this hotel on a low budget.

everything plus there was a bunch of sketchy people like standing at my door at one point yelling and the guys at the front desk could barely understand me I wasn’t mad or anything and I was buying something and I have the card machine he was reaching over the counter accepting a bunch of random things charging me more money it also smells like cigarettes in my room and like weed in the hallway and there are a bunch of stains on the carpet I wish I could honestly just get my money back and the photo of the stain is just one of them there are more a lot more

Passable

The stay itself was acceptable: room was clean except the carpet, and a chemical smell. The biggest problem with this booking and stay was the payment. In order to book the room, one MUST use electronic funds, ie: credit card. Then Booking.com charges the card, and in my case, the property charged the card AGAIN so that there were two charges for the one stay. It has taken a day and a half of my time, almost 10 emails to the Choice hotels, booking.com, and the property, as well as phone calls to the property manager (who never returned a call) to get one of the charges removed from my card.

I love the facility it was clean the staff was just amazing the cleaning lady that went in to clean the room was just beautiful polite very kind and the breakfast was good I love the waffles everything was just great
