Very disatified.

Your facility is really nasty. The rooms, the paint, the carpets, i had to switch rooms cause the first one was bathroom was all moldy. I did get moved to another room that was cleaner but still in bad shape. The bedding sheets, the shower operation, and the lineans were soiled and stained. I really feel that i got a bad deal. The reception area was nice As well as the staff. I was surprised considering the condition of your hotel.

The property was misrepresented- the pool area was cold and the hot tub was empty - the fitness room was non-existent. Overall the hotel was tired and the the hot water went out and this required us to check out a day early

Disappointing

The staff was friendly

It was not clean, I could not just relax when in the room. When I took a shower the floor got wet so my husband wiped floor with the bath mat, the mat was really dirty, dirt and dust was behind and under furniture. Ice cream melted pint was in fridge along with chocolate or something on the bottom of fridge. I know it is an old hotel, but it could have been clean for sure. All carpets and floors throughout (at least the second and the 5th where I had been) are really stained and the breakfast area was also not clean. I will never try to save money like that on a Hotel again.

I would recommend this hotel for the price and location.

Liked the location of Ramada by Wyndham Downtown and the fact that it had enough parking to accommodate a U-Haul Truck pulling a car. Beds were comfortable. Gabriel at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Liked that the Breakfast was set up on the 5th floor and had a city view from the windows. Upstairs Room #304 was very quiet—much appreciated for a light sleeper. Elevators conveniently located right across from the front desk.

Room was missing all the soaps and any other shampoo/conditioners that are usually found in a hotel room. Fortunately we did not need to take a shower. Have had a much better "breakfast included" at other 3-star hotels. Minimal 1 coffee pot. Very basic scrambled eggs and sausage. No hash browns or any type of potatoes. Hotel hallway rugs were quite dirty, but room was clean.

Never staying at a Ramada again.

The room was spacious

The sink was leaking. Was told there was no clean towels so I couldn't clean the water the leaked all over the room floor up and then they sent someone 3 hours later with towels. They didn't have towels in the pool area. Got sick from eating the free breakfast. Lots of questionable characters inside and around the hotel parking lot. Common areas around hotel had garbage and you could tell the floor hasn't been vacuumed in days it looks like. Dirty walls Missing drawer on the desk Broken wheel on the chair . Would not recommend.

The only good thing I can say is the staff was pleasant and friendly.

During my 2-night stay, my accommodations were not as I requested. I had messaged far in advance for two rooms a joint as we were a family. The staff tried her best to give me two rooms next to each other. When me and my kids arrived to the floor, the smell of cigarettes was very overwhelming. I entered my room and the door wouldn’t shut. It had to be slammed to close. The room was not clean, I had food in the fridge, leftover food was in the microwave and the walls had streaks of dirt residue that could be wiped off with towels and water, all the doors and surfaces of the rooms had a sticky residue. The hallways of the second floor had cigarette butts on the carpet, and the hallway carpets had black stains throughout the floor. One of the bathroom sinks would not work or drain. Upon entering the second room, the smell of cigarettes was very overpowering. This hotel unfortunately only had pleasant staff working the desks. I would not recommend this place as hotel to individuals or any family’s as it portrays a false sense of safety or cleanliness very disappointing being a chain of Wynndom hotel.

Great location and clean, but the breakfast leaves much to be desired.

The location was nice. My husband and I walked about 20 minutes and had a nice dinner at a local burger joint. It's also not far from downtown and the water falls. Parking was also nice and plenty of spaces.

The breakfast was lacking every morning. They were out of sausage, didn't have any pastry/bread, and they were even out of utensils one of the mornings. The pool was also closed, but they don't tell you that until after you check in...

It wasn’t that much cheaper than other hotels in the area. I was surprised at that for what we got.

All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. I loved the free parking, and I felt safe while staying there. The hotel is in a good location for what we needed to do in the city. We did not use the pool this time, but there were lots of families enjoying it. I think it’s a great that the hotel can offer the service. It looked clean and refreshing.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Used to stay more often when my son was going to school in Spokane. Upon coming back, I could see that there are a lot of things that are more rundown than they used to be. We saw dents in the wall, stains in the carpet, air vents that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, and the nonslip strips in our bathtub were mostly worn off and had not been replaced. At breakfast, the juice machine was out of order and there was no decaffeinated coffee. It must be so expensive to maintain a hotel. But this property is showing its age and wear and lack of upkeep.

I was traveling with my 10 year old granddaughter, visiting relatives in Spokane.

The room was comfortable and the mattress was wonderful. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice to have.

The shower fan a bit hot and cold, every couple of minutes the warm water would suddenly become very hot!. The water pressure wasn’t great. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the Pool was out of order

Hotel was being ‘run down’ as was due to be taken over by Holiday Inn. We had booked this hotel as we were looking forward to using the pool after a long drive - only to find the pool was shut for maintenance. No had bothered to tell m. We would have changed to a different hotel had we know. Very disappointed. Only the receptionist on duty, no manager. , so no one to complain to. The hotel is in a very seedy part of town. Would never stay here again.

Pool was closed, hot tub closed, ice machine broken, tv in room broken, breakfast was all out of cereal, eggs, sausages, and plates. Only thing that worked was the bed and even then the pillows were tiny and flat.

Comfy, friendly and worth a stay while in Spokane.

It was easy to find and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast options were good. They had options in lieu of the pool being closed. Nice touch!

Some of the amenities were aged but given it is an older building that was fine for us. Could have offered some gluten free options at breakfast. It was hard to know what I could have as a person with celiac.

The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, the young man who was at breakfast did his best to keep supplies full.

I booked because of a downtown location, but not a safe area to walk around. I booked because had a pool, but the pool was not available. The cupboard doors were the refrigerator was housed was broken.
