the room was comfy and clean, breakfast was tasty and plentiful and a novel pancake maker, and location was central to the activities great spot

the pancake maker had some issues but was interesting, It rained but the good thing is they had some covered parking

Only the location

Everything, from the front desk personnel to the room. The room smelt like old cigarettes, the trash by the fridge was not taken out. There was a big cockroach on the bathroom mirror when we walked in and then we started seeing baby cockroaches.(we have pictures) then the bed looked like it was not made very well. The bathtub had a used soap bar by the faucet. There was no phone in room to reach the front desk. It was very very disappointing after driving over 7 hours to get there. We did not stay the second night we left and went to another hotel...We will never come back to this hotel.

My room was infested with cockroaches. I didn’t realize it until the second night, but I got up to go to the bathroom and found them around the toilet and bathtub, and crawling all over the sink and vanity (one was even on my toothbrush). I was given a different room, but I had to spend two hours meticulously shaking out all my belongings to make sure nothing hitched a ride. By the time I finished (around 5:30 AM) I had to immediately leave to go to work. Even beyond the roaches, the carpet was covered with stains, the premises stank of stale pot smoke, and there were various holes and tears in the bedding. Nothing personal against the staff, they were doing the best they could, but this place should be burned to the ground.

It was easy inconvenient to get to my room. There’s an elevator. The room was comfortable.

Cannot think of anything I didn’t like

Rodeway in gave us a room that was supposed to be out of order as we were later told by the night manager. There was blood on the bed spread and the deadbolt would not securely lock. The door would move over an inch in both directions while the deadbolt was latched. Night manager said she would refund us but haven’t seen it yet. Did not stay the night and had to drive an hour and a half to Reno for a hotel. We didn’t arrive until 2 am.

Privacy, location. Clean bathroom. Friendliness of staff especially house keeping and food and beverage. Close proximity of shops. Clean pool. Wide selection of items offered at Continental Breakfast. The breakfast room was clean, organized and friendly staff. Clean coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in room.

The air conditioner was musty and dirty. Had to clean exterior and vent to prevent debris from circulating. (Need to cleaned after each checkout. Lacks preventative maintenance) Lamp shades need to be replaced (tattered/soiled). Remove/replace tape on face basin plumbing fixture. Bedroom carpet needs to be deep cleaned to remove heavy soil and stains. Replace lounge chairs at poolside. Both were broken. Tables and chairs on the pool deck need cleaning.

the first room did not have the bed made up?the clerk gave me another room that seemed okay? the sitting chair was not comfortable. would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in. I didn't find a hair dryer?

Clean towels, fresh smelling too. Coffee in room, microwave and refrig in room.

Cold sink water, no hot water to wash your face or anything. This morning got up at 630am to bathe. Shower knob does not work, so no shower this morning after a 6 HR drive from SF last night. Spotty WiFi Otherwise everything is fine, but now I'm more prepared for staying here overnight. Thankfully, in a few hrs I check in to my condo, and will take a nice long shower, wash my hair and be refreshed.

Good location. Some nice foods at breakfast.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place was probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in the USA. The worst of it was the desk chair in the room was stained with some dark sticky oil. Pretty much everything was dirty. The bed sheets were washed which was a plus considering the state of the room .

Outdated and not very clean. Leftover food in refrigerator from a previous guest.

I set my filter always for pool and book because there is a hot tub. nowhere in the whole entire booking did it say the hot tub and pool were out of order and green. I would have not booked it. The lampshades look like the room flooded there are some weird stains on the bedsheets huge burn in the carpet. Gross

The location is good, gas stations and grocery store close by as well as places to eat.

The breakfast wasn't good; the room smelled; the beds were lumpy and the bedding stained. The night staff was great, but the day staff wasn't. The bathroom smelled and was gross.

The staff was unfriendly, the first room smelled like urine, second room was poorly cleaned, there was what appeared to be vomit behind the night stand. I was worried about the security of the vehicle all night…

OUR ROOM LOOKED AND SMELLED LIKE SOMEONE DIED. THE BATHROOM HAD WHAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE WHAT LOOKED LIKE BLOOD ON WALL ALONG SIDE OF TUB. UNDER THE BED WAS DIRTY. AND THE TV AND WALL OPEN WALL SOCKETS DIDNT WORK.

Location very quiet room big A/C works but noisy.

Dirty room no detailed cleaning done . Bathroom floor needs sweeping. Light fixtures un plugged. Bugs and spider webs on light fixture above sink. Beds bouncy . Bad lighting. Parking lot full of big pot holes.

the facility is very outdated, bathroom floor very sticky & grout are dirty. toiletseat is slightly off. when sit on the toilet the bowl shifted sound like it needed to tighten to the floor.

bed need upgrade too low to the floor, mattress is hard & crisp linen. need bathroom upgrade. it can be cleaner and smell fresher. there are outdated hotels, but it's clean

Robert ar front desk was wonderful. It went down hill from there on. First room was street facing and I asked to be in rear. Robert quickly changed my room. 2 nd room heater was not working properly. Temperature handle removed. Again, Robert fixed in timely manner. Carpet in room wad damp from outside moisture. You could see daylight coming in from front door. I didn’t expect much for what i paid but at least a clean and quiet room. Location is superb. Thanks.

I requested a room opposite the freeway and was assigned one.

Breakfast was ABYSMAL two days in a row! Someone had been smoking in a non-smoking room. It was obvious. Staff was inattentive.

The wi-fi was reliable.

The outlet next to the sink didn't work, thus the hairdryer bolted to the wall next to the sink didn't work. The heater sounded like a freight train every time it came on. There was no heatlamp in the fixture in the bathroom, so there was no heat when you took a shower.
