By far the staff was great! Fernando was awesome! He was a really good informative host. Mike the cleaning guy was also friendly. I didn’t catch the breakfast person name but she was also very delightful! Megan was also very welcoming!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar included eggs, sausage, waffle station, fruit, cold or hot cereal, juice. REALLY more than I expected. Best value for your money. Highly recommend this hotel. Location is great for reaching downtown Sarasota or the beaches.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and well appointed
Over the course of three days and two nights, the elevator door would not open for us when we reached our floor, each time being told the problem had been fixed. I had to ring the emergency button, and the elevator finally took us to the third floor. We walked down from there.
The bed was firm to the point of being a bit hard.
