Staff were very friendly and attentive
Water in the shower was too hot. Because it was too hot had to turn it mostly to cold which reduced the water pressure too much

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet as requested, the lighting in the room was good, and the price was reasonable.
The breakfast menu had limited vegetarian options. Also, during breakfast service, the bagels ran out and were not refilled afterward.

Breakfast was blah. Just okay enough to eat.
The staff was not at all friendly except for the gentlemen. The female staff at the desk were downright unfriendly and seemed annoyed and uncaring when asked any question. The fan I. The bathroom fan didn't work the woman in the kitchen could not speak one word of English so she was no help. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS IN THE ROOM FOR TWO PEOPLE. The nice thing about the place was the gentleman with the accent at the front desk was very pleasant and the room and other areas were nicely cleaned.

The bed was comfy and the free breakfast plentiful til the last minute, everything was yummy and well stocked.
The room had a pool smell and the ac was weak, the room was warm even after adjusting it.
