The staff were great. The facilities were good. Everything was very well organized from leaving to finish. Food was very good and bathroom and spa facilities were good.
The breakfast was very good apart from the jams. I get the same jams in Dennys and for a hotel of this nature they really should offer something much better. The green tea was not very good. Also our room was cold and the heating system was really antiquated and very noisy. Even with a blanket we were cold in bed.
