Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.
Decorating of lobby, no coffee machines in room, late turndown service, not fast luggage on arrival. No anniversary extras.

Location and valet service
Overpriced for so called 5 star. Did not feel fresh, lack of amenities. Needed to call for a bar of soap and wash cloths. Slow service.
