Outside parking lot lots of trash Back entrance did not lock Coffee maker in room didn’t work Breakfast is muffin in a bag, with coffee and juice available Wall in back of toilet was deteriorating Ceiling tiles in hallway were missing, stained or falling in. Facility was was a to in Altoona ten years ago but has fallen on hard times

It’s in reasonably good shape for an older facility and convenient for our purposes. The staff was sincerely apologetic and worked quickly to get our room ready so we wouldn’t have to climb yet another flight of stairs.

Our room was not ready when we arrived (well after check-in time), and the bathtubs are oddly grimy (do they rent to coal or oil workers?) It can be a little tricky getting the electrical outlets to work properly. We need fewer stairs but they were unable to accommodate us (at least we didn’t have to go to the third floor).

Run down, not clean, room smelled like smoke, and the muffins offered for breakfast were moldy.

Location was 15 minutes from Delgrosso's and very close to many places to shop. Front desk staff was great!

Continental breakfast was a muffin and some juice. Very disappointing as last year at this time the breakfast supplied was much better. Room was damp. One of the rooms smelled like marijuana.

Staff was kinds and helpful. TV problem was addressed quickly!!

The price. The Pillows. Able to switch rooms ....read what I didn't like below. Unfortunately. A hotel is only as good as their manager. Have a lackluster manager, expect that from other employees for lack of caring and pride of the property and pride in customer service.

First room, no carpet, something all over bathroom floor, along with items left when sweeping. And the most disturbing was urine on toilet seat. I'd give this hotel a score of 2.

what breakfast only a muffin

management does not book properly i booked reservation weeks ahead and with bad handicapped legs was giqen o 3rd floor room . i shouldl have been given a first room since i booked way in advance.

The vicinity to the place I was visiting was ideal.

Upon arrival we had to wait longer than I would have expected to check in. I wasn’t happy with the hard floors in the room and the accumulation of dirt near the headboard and bed tables. The tv wasn’t working at first and the front desk agent who came didn’t seem to have a resolution if he hadn’t fixed it. He wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with it. He just said it was also happening to other guests and when I asked for a potential room change or refund if it wasn’t fixed, he said the hotel was booked and offered zero accommodation response, so thank God it ended up working. I’m not sure what would have happened had the tv been disabled, as he seemed to be clueless what to do. A little unprofessional but I was thankful it worked.

Location is good, walking distance to shops and eateries also 2 car hire companies within 10 minute walk. This is our 3rd time staying, staff are super friendly, Dave the manager is great and runs a superb team who all go above and beyond to help your stay be as comfortable as possible

Breakfast was a joke. A muffin and orange juice? Do better. And I asked a cleaning lady to please clean my room on Day 3 of a six day stay. It was not done.

remote didn't work and was not fixed during stay so we had no television. hallway had a funky odor, faucet handle was broken on tub, breakfast was lacking

Filthy, had to check out three rooms before settled on one to stay in; people smoking and arguing right outside near front door; handout muffin & orange juice for breakfast; back entrance didn’t work. Manager was apologetic but said we could cancel if we wanted. Super 8 is right by PNG Park and Altoona Curve baseball. It used to be nice, clean and comfortable. Not anymore, and that’s sad.

Staff was unprepared, and playing around cutting up not being acceptable in the least. Language was less than acceptable. Took too long on the checkin process, seriously lacking.

Bathroom and sheets were not clean. Hair on the sink…Sheets were questionable. Room was set to 80 when we arrived and smelled like McDonalds…

Peace and quiet, room was nice and clean , felt safe and relaxed

Long dark hairs in shower and spider webs on ceiling above bed.

Couldn't even stay there casue I was 2 months from being 21 and was accompanied by a 22 year old. Place looked like it wasn't in a good condition anyway.
