The room was very dirty .. the bathroom sink was filthy. The bed had hair and food in it and had to request another room… which that room was ok but the pull out bed was dirty as well. It had food in the sheets and I was unable to use it.

The room was clean, the price and location are very good. The young man who checked me in was courteous, professional. This property was previously a super 8, has been updated with new beds, nice mattresses.

Just a bit spartan, heating wise. Had to wear a jacket and sweatpants in bed. Mid november stay. Also, booking indicates a breakfast, but there is none. 24 hour coffee, though.

Don't even bother go somewhere else

The shower was hot.

The hotel was very dirty, the elevator certificate was expired since March 2025, The site said Breakfast there was not any. The bed blankets had burn holes in it. Hotel says no smoking but that's all you could smell. You had to flush the toilet like 5 times for it to go down.Very loud all night.So happy I am leaving today.

The rooms were dirty really wish I would’ve taken pictures. There was used condom wrappers behind the nightstand stuff caked in the microwave. had to get moved to three different rooms the staff was not friendly

I didn't like anything about it except the exterior. It was in terrible condition, we couldn't shower for 3 days. There was no hot water. They didn't care. That's why there was no cleaning. That's why it's in terrible condition. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Well for starters someone checked in under my name hours before I got there... then they changed our room to a room with peeling paper and didn't even look like it was Clean... they left a bar of soap out which was gross...

Good enough if you just need a quick nights sleep but definitely a rough place.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable.

The location was confusing to find, the room was dirty, and the place looks like it's falling apart. The elevator was super janky and the certificate in it was expired.

Budget hotel that has decent breakfast power outages maybe

The breakfast was decent and the other guests were friendly.

The power went out for almost an entire day and staff did not communicate with me or my fiance for the entirety of it. We weren't offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience and we left after the inconvenience of our room being dark. I had to call them to find out what happened to the power and why our lights were flickering in the early early morning

absolutely horrible would never even consider staying there again if my life depended on it

i literally did not like one thing .

everything. before i even got there the desk person couldn’t even answer the phone, upon arrival they told me i had to make a 100 dollar deposit not even mentioned beforehand. so i did, and they SCAMMED ME!!!! they have yet to give me the deposit back and as one may know it suppose to be on hold, they jus completely took the money. when i left they lady at the desk said she was letting the money go back to me and my bank just had to accept it. 3 days later n i call my bank and they say they never got the request and they simply took my money. i am still figuring this out. now on top of this the room itself was horrible. literally so nasty the beds had stains all over them and the lamp shades literally made shapes on the wall with how dirty and stained they were. there is only ice on the 4th floor and last but definitely not least (there are plenty of things i failed to mention) the pool was closed!!!! whilst previously stating it was open. and one more thing when you look up this place on google it says it is permanently closed. something is very fishy about this place .

That I could cancel and got out safe!

It was absolutely disgusting and the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly- the entire building smelled of cigarettes and musty. They stuck me in a smoking room on the 4th floor (I booked none smoking). I decided I'd check the room out- the elevator was broken (door wouldn't open or close all the way), the stairwell isn't somewhere you would want to be alone, the lighting was horrible, the room just felt dirty when I walked into it- I could not get out of there fast enough! I cancelled and went next door to the comfort inn which was same price point, clean, friendly staff and the guests were all content plus they had a great restaurant/bar!

Glad that we had that room room 170 on the main floor glad they had the outdoor pool we took full us

What I liked was when I checked in the gentleman behind the desk there was a little fan and I asked him if I could borrow for the night cuz I needed one for white noise and he actually unplugged it cleaned it off and gave it to me I thought that was very nice of him he let us check in for 40 minutes early and he gave us an hour late check-out which I really appreciated cuz it was raining pouring really bad when we were supposed to leave and by the time we got the extra hour was no longer raining the swimming pool outdoors with super I like the pictures on the wall of the bare trees they were beautiful honey hanging above the beds

The carpet in the room was damp I don't know if it was because the air conditioner was on it was the humidity maybe they had just cleaned it but I'm glad I brought my slippers

I love the employees that work there Sarah is great,the young lady that cleans the rooms I call her Speedy and the young man that works the desk always has a smile for me. will be back in March for my Birthday
