Everything! This will be our home away from home. The staff is excellent. food was great. Loved the fireplaces, the coffee and wine was such a nice touch. The atmosphere generates happiness. Customer service seems like a thing of the past but not here.

I paid the full reservation amount through booking, including taxes and amenities. I only booked for three nights. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me I needed to pay a temporary deposit of $400, which they said would be refunded after check-out. However, they only returned half of my money. When I called to ask why I didn't get my full refund, they told me I had to pay almost $200 more in taxes and amenities—costs I had already paid during booking—and they did this without informing me. Be careful with this hotel.

Good Hotel, just check the bill

The hotel was nice. I liked the lobby/dining area. "LA view" rooms will be quieter as they are not facing Wilshire Blvd.

AC went out in my room. Two calls to the front desk and no one came. I found a housekeeper in the hall and she call someone who then came right away. The pool is nice, but not a lot of seating in the sun if you want that. And check your bill. Booking included all fees, but the hotel charged their "amenity fee" among others. For a three night stay the overbilling was $180, so check it.

Price not as advertised. I booked on booking.com for $182 + taxes and fees and ended up getting charged $237 + taxes and fees. They also didn’t give me the $15 good credit that comes with the $35 destination fee. When I asked the front desk about the discrepancy they told me to contact booking.com directly.

Disappointed by all the extra charges!

I like the decor and location.

I expected there to be a microwave in the room based on what I read on website. I arrived after 10pm and kitchen was closed. So I needed to be able to heat up food in microwave. Front desk said I had to pay $45 for one. That’s ridiculous. It’s bad enough I have to pay $50 for parking, and another $150 in resort fees and taxes, now I have to pay $45 to heat up my food? I’m surprised they didn’t charge me extra for thermostat, electricity, and running water. Will never stay there again.

Great location, restaurant amazing

The rooms fees seem applied and refunded in excess and are extremely overcomplicated with the addition of the room credits, and as a result we have been unknowingly overcharged for parking that we didn’t book or use. We have contacted the hotel on several occasions now with no response and we are due a refund for the parking and related taxes

The lobby is great as is the location, and nice staff.

The pool leaves a lot to be desired. I think the hotel spent a lot of time and money on designing an appealing lobby but the rooms are a bit shabby. Some markings on the walls, tub drain not working, and not looking as high end as the lobby. Would have expected more for the price.

Location was convenient for travel. Very close to a shopping center, you can get there easy by bike.

I wasn’t happy with the $500 security deposit. I felt that should have been included in the full price, not once I showed up. The front desk will work with you luckily a credit card is not mandatory, you can use a debit card.

Booked on booking.com, did not know about the extra fees, at least $90.00 more. Plus could not use my ING number cause it's a third party booking. Otherwise everyone at the hotel were awesome and very nice!
