Very friendly office staff. Great location and comfortable beds/pillows. Cute decor. Our room was ready before check in time, which is always a plus.
I didn't notice an elevator. Also didn't like the bulky keys and how the rooms don't automatically lock.

All of the people working at the hotel were great!
They were very friendly and helpful and very accommodating !
The furniture in the unit was badly worn and scratched.. Also, the ceiling in the shower area was cracked, and it looked like it was filled with temporary putty and painted over.
