Clean, great price & location was nice. About 2.5miles from IU Ball.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but at that price point it was nice they had one included!

Ok, Stay!

Like that they located me close to the downstairs door cuz I have two dogs!

The second shift guy at the woman that I started dealing with in the morning when I got there a check in was awesome she was a nice lady the guy that came in after her not so nice kind of rude but I let that go the next morning when I'm leaving it was the housekeepers were very rude so other than that it was a great stay!

Price was great and the location was even better. That’s about it

Where do I start. Room was very uninviting. Very bland. Bed was absolutely horrible. It was hard and lumpy. Needs to be replaced. I even flipped it and it was still horrible. Shower had stucco falling from the ceiling. Bring earplugs if you stay. You can hear everything and I mean everything. Also request the 2nd unless you like hearing herds of elephants walking and people taking showers. Breakfast is non existent. Juice machine didn’t work. Water was barely hot. Food was either stale bread, old cereal, small muffins, or waffles. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Adequate stay for one night.

The room was very comfortable! And I loved the blinds that blocked out most of the light.

I wish the coffee at breakfast had been better but I didn’t have high expectations of hotel coffee. I would have also enjoyed some additional options like maybe some instant oatmeal or fresh fruit.

The staff was nice.

They put us in a room across from the laundry. It was loud and we heard thumps and bangs most the night. Was awful, we hardly slept. Breakfast- there was hardly any choice of food. We were Ready disappointed with our stay. We will not come back.

Property is showing its age. However it looks like they are remodeling slowly. I have bad knees and ask for ground floor. Didn't give it too me even though the motel was only 25 percent full at best.

Aside from little things that need attention, our room was very comfortable, efficient.

Very convenient to variety of shopping/service locations. The price was very fair and a good value for us on a fixed income.

Hooks to hang clothes should be higher. Dresses can’t hang freely to avoid wrinkles. Bathroom door needs fixed. Drags on floor at some point. Tub needs better NON SLIP surface protection. I don’t appreciate the $100 refundable, cleaning fee, AT ALL! Windows need cleaning!

For the price, you get what you pay for. Don't expect luxurious rooms but my room was clean.

I didn't get the breakfast. Didn't know they had it. Room was fine; clean. I was so tired from driving to get there so really just was happy to have a place to sleep .I will say there needs to be some improvements in the room: my door had dents in it and I wasn't feeling the safest there but obviously it was fine. You can tell people smoked in hallways and rooms. My original room stunk so bad if cigarette smoke I couldn't stand it but management gave me a different room and it was much better.

Meh...get what you pay for.

Location - exactly where I needed it to be for the task I was doing.

Hotel is very tired and drab. There is a lingering smell in the air in the hallways and room that I was staying in. At least the AC was working well and drowned out the constant noise from other guests slamming their doors, loud talking in the hallway and could hear the room beside me.

Newer floors, not old dingy carpet in the rooms.

The beds were terrible and uncomfortable. No base frame so the metal bed frame made noise everytime you moved. Bathroom doors and light fixtures were old and had rust showing through paint.

When I tried to call the front desk to complain about the noise of other guests no one answered. I then went down to the front desk and pushed the call button twice and waited about 10 minutes for someone to answer however, still no answer. Had no satisfaction after traveling 4 hours to get there.

Avoid: loud and hostile group occupies this hotel

A large group of migrant workers live in this hotel. It's very noisy into the late hours of the evening and early in the morning (yelling, talking, music in hallways, doors constantly opening and closing, etc.) It's basically like spring break. The hotel manager can't do anything about it. I asked the group to move their party to the other end of the hallway, but that just annoyed them and they started randomly banging on my door. I threatened to call the policia. That at least stopped the banging, but it was an unnecessarily tense situation for a few hours.

Location was good. Close to campus

Only one person on staff. No housekeeping. The only staff was unfriendly but looked exhausted. She was on staff our whole stay with no help. We were charged for something we should have not been charged for. Staff was rude and couldn't figure it out. Gave us the number for her manager which ended up being the front desk number - she picked up the phone🤦‍♀️
