I won't stay there agian

Room was clean, but had a very sterile feel. I did find a couple bugs in the room. Not bed bugs, probably wood beetles.

Access to the front desk was limited. 4pm - 9pm only (No earlier check-in) Would not pick up the phone when I called. Terrible place for a business stay. Vacation would probably be better.

The room we had was very minimal which was nice. But it only had 1 chair in the room with no table to have coffee or a snack. The TV didn’t work, there was no cable or antenna connection.

Wonderful stay, would stay there again!

It looked like the pictures, the check in staff was very friendly, and the rooms were extra clean.

There was no place to hang clothes and there was no hair conditioner. We also only received one towel and had two guests.

Very clean, quite, & roomy.

We love staying @ the Hanging Lake. It’s quite, close to where we need to go, the rooms are HUGE, we like the that we can set right outside our room & look out & watch traffic. We’ve stayed here 4-5 times @ least. I would recommend it to anyone.

I spent one night at the Hanging Lake Inn for a job interview I had in the area. Traveling alone, I’m always a little nervous about accommodations. Hanging Lake exceeded my expectations! The property was well maintained, the staff was super friendly and my room was clean and very comfortable. I plan to stay there the next time I head to Glenwood Springs!

Clean and spacious room. Kind staff. Fairly quiet late at night with the windows closed. Comfortable bed. Nice to have bedside lamps and dimmable overhead lighting. Nice to have enough outlets. Great bathroom.

Coffee maker with no pods. Traffic noise from l-70... not too bad with windows closed. The television was not connected to a source of signal or programming. Minor stuff really.

Cute place but needs some work.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The room seems to be halfway remodeled. Ancient microwave and mini fridge. The fridge was so loud. Could hear people talking loudly late at night. Toiletries were lacking. No staff working at night or until 9am. Also, the room needed more seating. One chair for a king suite is insufficient, and there was plenty of room.

It was the most affordable place but Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed one quick night. The staff was friendly. Bed was relatively comfortable, I slept well. We had an upstairs corner room and it was quiet. Could not hear the traffic with the a/c on. Room was clean from dirt

These little black bug were on the walls, ceiling, floor, on the bed.little black bugs. We killed all the ones in sight, harmless but ew. Many dead ones in the window sill. The room also had a very musty smell.

Drive an hour west to Wine Country Inn in Palisade for a lesser cost and a touch of elegance!

Pros: Modern, updated room. Easy for staff to keep clean

Cons: Incredibly pricey at over $200, with no walk-to eateries for snacks and coffee. Adjacent to I-70, photos depicted it as a relaxing view but noisy No breakfast (even the cheapest places have coffee and muffins) Only a single bath towel for two Minimalist to the point of not sufficient toiletries Sign at check-in alerting guests to an infestation of box elder bugs, although they probably sprayed bcs we saw only a couple

i like that the property is in West Glenwood its away from all the tourist in the town. Its quite, cozy and clean I been coming here since 1980. We dont need a pool because we go to the hot springs.

Nothing to complain about maybe more towels two big ones is not enough for a family of four i get it covid changed everything, bedding in tolietrees offered from a hotel.

Great location.

Room ac unit wasn't working. Went down to office a few times to ask about it but no one was ever there. Stagnant air for 2 nights. Also bugs all over the place. Ceiling, tub, floors. Definitely not what you expect at over $200 a night

Linens on the bed and in the bathroom were clean.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, nicely updated decor. Each room had a little table and two adirondack chairs out front, that was very nice.

There were no towel racks by the sink, like to hang your hand towel or wash cloth. There was no where to hang up garments, only a suitcase rack. But hanging garments up sometimes is important. There was only 1 coffee per person, I think 2 cups of coffee in the morning is reasonable.
