Our room was in need of some maintenance.

The location was great, with easy and short driving access to several attractions. The cleanliness was on point. The view of the lake and the city from our room was spectacular. The staff was very nice and attentive. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, until someone stole the box of sugar for the coffee (that was weird). The pool and Jacuzzi were nice. My kids loved them.
The lack of maintenance of certain devices in our room made our stay uncomfortable and distressed. The lock on our door didn't work most of the times. Got our keys remagnetized, but they worked just fine on the pool and exit doors. We got locked out of our room (410) multiple times, bound to retry the keys over 10 times each time until it would randomly work. The AC was on but not cooling the room at all. The hall had better temperature, so I would leave our door open for a few minutes at a time to refresh and vent our room. The bathroom extractor was not working. The bathtub was pretty damaged and rusty in an area, making it impossible to take a tub bath.
