It was updated nicely. Very clean, nice little kitchenette. The front desk (elder lady) was phenomenal!! I wish every hotel had people like her!! Very accommodating to your needs. In the ice storm, they had the walkways shoveled very well. Looked like a good breakfast, but we didn't eat.
The only thing I would say is that it is an older building which concerned me. Rooms need finishing trim. All in all it was good.

The fact that the floors were NOT carpet. Yay!
It took forever for the water to heat up. My suggestion is to turn the water on and let it run for about 15 mins before you get in if you prefer a warm/hot shower. It's very cold for the first several minutes, making you think you are going to have to take a cold shower the whole time.

Nothing this time, this was our 3rd time staying there and was very disappointed
The room is not soundproof, you can hear ALL the noise and loudness of the other guests outside. The bathroom door didn’t close and the knob felt gross. The pictures in your advertisement doesn’t match the actual room.
