Breakfast was good. Location good.
Mattress was not comfortable. Heater could not be turned down. Room was not cleaned after the first day. Didn't get coffee or cups or clean towels, bed was not made on second day.

Loud guests, dirty old hot tub, old rooms, the back doors don't actually lock, not worth the price.
